“My wife and I went to Lowes in Greer because we needed to replace the washer and drier and outdoor grill at our Lake house in Anderson County. We were not sure what we wanted when an employee asked if he could help. His name is Stephen Jaworski. We had many questions about the different brands of washers and dryers and he was very knowledgeable about each one. He wrote up the whole order and set up the delivery that we requested. The next morning we realized that the grill we had selected was too small. “I usually buy most of my materials from another supplier in town but I called one day and had the pleasure of talking with Jake Banks. I’m used to dealing with horrible and rude customer service even though I spends tens of thousands of dollars. Not with Jake, he honestly made me feel valued, he did everything in his power to give me the best possible service. He took me out to lunch and went over everything with me. Jake has gone over and beyond to make me feel important, and because of that I am forever a customer. Relationships like this are hard to find, Thank you!”
