I HIGHLY recommend this place, my room got caved in by a tree from hurricane helene.
Not many things were saved after being looked at. So with all my strength I tried to believe that I could find good furniture to my liking. Someone recommended this place to me! When I went inside I was in absolute awe. Saw so many things that were to my liking I just couldn’t choose! But I got exactly what I wanted!! Everything was fair price in my opinion given this is my first time buying furniture. Thank you so much!!

Mike was wonderful at Carolina Direct! So personable and helpful! Arranged delivery for us as well and checked to make sure it was all perfect prior! I will definitely be using Carolina Direct again!

I buy all of my furniture from here. Excellent customer service and so much less expensive than buying it at Ashley or one of the box stores. If I see something I really like I call to see if they can order. Love this store.

I bought an item and they delivered it to me in another color. I had to wait 10 days for them to change it and wait 8 hours for the driver to arrive because apart from the mistake made by them they left me last on the route.

I would give 5 starts, but Karla works there. Let me tell you . Lazy. The rest of the staff are fantastic- explain things, walk with you, google for you... will do the work. But no, not Karla. I couldn't even get Karla to walk to the other side of the front of store. I mean, my credit card was out, I just needed a quick verification on something to comparison shop. This is when it all fell apart. Karla is the SOLE reason I will not return or recommend this family business. I've purchased products from here for years... will not return while Karla is on their payroll.
