“I wish Ross would offer positions AT NIGHT so their employees can restock at night when the store is closed! It is so unbearable trying to shop in the store because there is literally someone with a huge cart in the way restocking the shelves everywhere in the store! Other than that, the cashiers are always very nice, and this store is always very clean and organized.”

“I’m in Kenya today—going on a Masai Mara safari with friends—and just called Urban Petals—I’ve called from other places overseas too—and Anna is going to have a Valentine’s arrangement made tomorrow so my wife would get it at her school around noon hour. Amazing!
