The owner always have a great coverup for his sorry, nosey, unprofessional employees. I get so tired that every time I want to withdraw something from my account because I have over $322 a black female, the tellers wanna know what you do for your living. They act like you can't make more than 500.00. The ignorance is real. You cannot say hello to them without them getting so personal in your life. There is no privacy those tellers come look at your money to discuss your account. I have been there about 5 years and I'm sick of the nosey tellers. They are literally trying to investigate how we make money. How can a black person have over 500.00?? and the tellers walk around with the ugliest smirks. You chose to work there and it's not our fault your pay. I wish a real authoritative person would seriously train them. And the nightmare is there was a lady in Training. That means she's beingtrained to be nosey and folly in people lives. They're do not own our money. I wish everyone who's having these problems also would say something. Do reviews or call human resources. Corporate offices. Not the branch manager because she is full of folly also. Do not argue with them call Corporate and pray they actually do something. Every last teller in there is need Training. Just because we are friendly does not mean we discussing our lives

The atm at this bank is always down. I've been there several times to deposit money and the screen is always frozen. They need to put a permanent out of order sign on it.

Great customer service. Friendly. I've been a CPM member for 17 years. I've visited several locations throughout SC and I've never had a problem. Kudos! Thanks so much!

If I Could 0 Stars I Would! This Branch is Horrible! The bank itself is outdated and it’s always issues depositing cash/checks at the ATM! I went to drive through myself and husband just to transfer funds from my account to his account ID’s were sent along with debit cards and was told to switch over to lane 1 so teller could better assist and identify us because there was a glare on her side of glass! Mind you after we switched lanes we still waited for 17 minutes for transaction to be completed then after receiving cards and receipts I myself realized my debit card wasn’t given back so then we went back and went inside and stated my debit card had been left from when I came through drive through so same teller stated oh no your account was closed so I couldn’t give debit card back to you would need to set up a appointment and open a new account! No care whatsoever but it would have been nice to known that information before leaving vs not communicating that information to the customer at all! I am so glad myself along with husband and parents made the switch to a more updated credit union! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!

Been banking with this bank for a while now and I do like it. So I normally go to the branch in Spartanburg but I was in Greer today and decided to stop by the Greer office. I went in to cash a check and the teller asked me was it a payroll check or my refund. I thought it was a stupid question but I answered anyways. Told her it was my payroll check. She looked at me in a funny way and said ok. She asked me the same 2 or 3 more times, I gave her the same answer. This time I felt like she was trying to say that "I can't work in a tax financing place because I'm black". That's the vibe she gave me after she kept asking me if it was payroll or refund and I kept telling her it's payroll. Does she think that black women can't work with numbers or something. This bank needs to do better. I thought the reviews I read were were lies but this bank has a rude staff

Great Credit Union! I wish they could come back to Easley or somewhere in Pickens,SC. So many members live far away from Greenville areas i have to travel 30 or 45 minutes to do any Official Buisness, that is a great inconvenience. I am glad I can handel most of everything through my Mobile App. Maybe one day they will come back closer into Easley and or city of Pickens...we are Growing! Thanks for what you do keep up the improvements!

Joined this credit union about a month ago after having a bad experience at another credit union and it’s the best decision I could’ve made with my money! The branch manager and ESPECIALLY the staff are absolutely customer first and are fantastic. Every single person at the bank has made me feel like they are happy to see me and that they can’t wait to help me. They are incredible. Do yourself a favor and do what me and most of my family has done and bank with CPM. You won’t regret it. 5 ⭐️

covid-19 has presented many issues today, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I'm sad to say the customer service @CPM has been terrible. reaching out to the main phone number is a nightmare and people in the Charleston branch are terrible at their jobs. Do better @CPM
