I haven't visited in this location yet because we just moved; however, when I called to get our prescriptions transferred the employee was friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully, the in-store experience will be the same.

My two year old son was diagnosed with pneumonia. I checked the app severalTimes and only one medication was ready. So I called the store. After waiting close to ten minutes on hold, I spoke with someone. The pharmacist stated if we could get there before closing (6:00), all medications would be ready. I told her we were on the way. My husband arrived at 5:59 and they had closed the pharmacy. It would be easier to understand if we were even a few minutes late but we were not. They knew we were on the way.

CVS on Wade Hampton and Rt 14 Greer, SC: They never answer there phone. After numerous attempts had to drive to the store. This has happened on a number of occasions. If it just happened even a few times I could live with it. We are busy I am told. Not very customer friendly. I would strongly consider another pharmacy with a more caring attitude. After being placed on hold over 20 minutes the call was dropped.

Worst customer service I have received in a CVS. Specially from management?! A passport picture is not easy but if as a Manager you see it's not the greatest, it won't take another effort to take another picture. A manager gave me the Excuse she can changed how it appears if it passed other standards "if you want a better picture go somewhere professional" and that's the way to give customer service? After I spent $47 of passport pictures. I chose CVS for the speed and convinience.

"I don't know" is NOT an appropriate response when asking where a prescription is. Poor customer service from the pharmacy attendant has just cost CVS a customer.

Parked here in the parking lot while my boyfriend sits in pain. Waiting over an hour now for them to fill his prescription. It's not very busy inside. What is the issue?! You just have to count some pills. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
