CARYLON was very rude and nasty. I made an honest mistake and gave her the wrong DOB but the correct first and last name. CARYLON response to me was i think you have a little dyslexia going on here because the birthdays are not matching. I felt very offended and will not be using this pharmacy again, i live in Greer but will drive to Taylors cvs before i come here and have to deal with her again! She needs to be fired

I actually give zero stars, one of the worst pharmacy. No customer service, slow, never filled on time, they should be shut down and closed. Horrible

The Store Manager, Juan, was top notch. Professional, helpful and helped me located the items I was looking for. CVS is lucky to have him leading this store. 5 out of 5 Stars. 10/10 Service. Make sure to shop here!

The associates in the pharmacy have the nastiest attitudes. They have absolutely no customer service skills and have no business running a register. Management needs to make some changes in the pharmacy.

Instead of answering the phone and informing me that they were closing for lunch, they picked up, hung up, and then turned the phones off. And they all act like you're bothering them.

The pharmacy department here is terrible. Nobody is polite, they act as if they are doing you a favor by being there. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere. I've been there multiple times and each time it has been the same.

Competent friendly staff. Store is always ordered and well stocked. Enjoy the CVS app and its savings.

Stay away. My Doctor sent my prescription here, and CVs told me it was on back order. I finally got a text alert 2 weeks later saying it had been filled and was ready for pickup. The text was late in the evening and was already home so I went the next morning. I was told they had nothing for me, and they had the medication in stock briefly but was all had been given away and the medication is now on back order again. I gave them a piece of my mind and told them not to worry about it bc I won’t be using this pharmacy again.

Good day. I’m from Honduras C.A. and moved to this beautiful state 7 months ago. I went to pick up my prescription medication and the lady at the pick up medications section was not nice. As soon as she asked me for my ID and saw it was not American , she immediately told me in a strong tone of voice… I can’t accept THAT! You need a US ID. I don’t mind if that’s part of CVS policies. What’s not right is the way she tells people and how it sounds. Discriminative. Please be respectful and Kind. That’s all we ask for. Thank you

Had meds called in for my children at 415pm. Went at 630pm and they were still not ready. Came back and waited in this ridiculously long line at 845. Everyone in the line got served except for me, they closed the gate before I fully pulled up to the window and turned off the lights! Pulled up to the front to go inside and they were walking out looking at me like they did nothing. Definitely done with this CVS. No Good

I drive 45 minutes to the closest pharmacy. The recording kept saying my prescription was in the process for more than a day. After being on hold for an extended time I was told it’s still wasn’t ready but on hold due to a higher than last refill cost. It went from $0 to $79. I told the lady maybe.because it’s the first time I’ve used my 2023 insurance card. I drove 45 minutes get there and I presented my new insurance card. They said they have the information correct and it still rang up $79. Keep in mind they had rung it up and I was getting my money out of my wallet when the lady saidmaybe you have to activate your new card. I looked to see if anyone was behind me in line all of a sudden they lady canceled the transaction and told me I would have to come back after THE ENTIRE staff took a lunch break I said you kidding me I drove 45 minutes to get here. She agreed after giving me an attitude to check me out if I paid the $79 which I did. After driving:45 home I called my insurance company and they told me the pharmacist FAILED to put in the 2023 group number which had changed. I called the pharmacy about 6 or 7 times number kept hanging up finally talked with pharmacist and she said I could drive back :45 minutes for a refund since they had to have the debit card to issue the refund. Drive back :45 minutes waited in the drive thru for :20 minutes behind 2 other cards only to be told I had to come in for a refund. I asked why she first said because there was too long of a line in the drive thru then said it was against policy since they could not record the transaction and prove that I got my money back. I said even with an electronic transaction ?? Very rude pharmacist said well it’s against policy but I will do it this time only. I can see why they have a 2.3 google review. BY THE WAY WALGREENS PHARMACIST TAKES A :30 LUNCH BREAK BUT YOU CAN STILL PICK UP YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS IF THEY ARE READY BEFORE The BREAK.

Slowest drive thru ever and most of the time everyone looks like they hate their job.And after reading other reviews,I'm not alone. And 2 stars is generous

It's only good cause it's close. Pharmacy line is wrapped around the building most hours and they turnover on employees is extremely high. A lot of standing at the counter waiting to be tended to.

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. The pharmacist there refused to fill a prescription sent in my the ACTUAL medical Professional for my son who was miserably in pain. We have had issues with them before this and the ONLY reason we went back was because they were open. NEVER again will I step foot into a CVS anywhere based on my past few experiences with them. Since when does a pharmacist get to override a DOCTORS orders and leave a child miserable.

Called at 1:18pm today (after confirming they did not go to lunch until 1:30pm), was on hold for about 12 mins, lady picked up & quickly said "We will be with you shortly, there are a few in front of you" then immediately put my back on hold before I could thank her. Three mins later they picked up my call and sent me to a voicemail because they went to lunch. I understand we're all busy and short staffed, but that was so unprofessional. The equivalent to kicking out a customer that's already sat down in a dining room to eat just because you need to take your break. Very disappointed.
