As a former employee of CVS, it's pretty sad when you walk in the store and no one greets you cuz they are expected to do that. So it makes me want not want to spend my money in this door. Thmanagement needs to know about this and it's kind of discouraging when you're a customer

For Pharmacy, Only: This pharmacy at Brushy Creek Crossing is the absolute WORST! I've been forced to get my 90-day Rxs at CVS due to insurance, so this pharmacy (the closest, most convenient to me) is where I have gone for many years. But this one has been consistently horrible. They are always understaffed (long slow lines), rude, disorganized, and show complete lack of customer support or even common courtesy. They go through pharmacists like diarrhea (a different one at almost every visit). The good pharmacists are rotated out of this store very quickly, usually replace by one who considers talking to a customer a waste of their precious time. After today's event (asked a question about Rxs to pharmacy tech - she said to ask pharmacist - asked pharmacist - she said to ask pharmacy tech - what?!), I'm going to be transferring all my Rxs to a different CVS in hopes of it being better.

The worst customer service. I was told yesterday by phone my child's rx would be ready that day after 230. I went in today to pick it up and Cassandra (sp?) couldn't of been any ruder. Raising her voice at me, upset because she had to actually look stuff up, annoyed because I'm asking a question. She said the rx wasn't ready and nobody put it in. I told her what time I called and when because it showed up on my phone and she tried to tell me they were closed for lunch and then corrected herself. She didn't even apologize for the mishap. I asked another question and she huffed under her breath and said "ohhhhh myyyyy God!!!!!" I truly wonder why people work with the public if the hate people. Work in a cubicle or a factory!

If I could put zero I would. It is 5:52 and the pharmacy is closed. However I’m leaving this review at said time. They are always closing early and the pharmacist is very rude. On one other occasion he denied myself and two others in line behind me. Saying if we keep going it will be past our closing so just come back tomorrow. I was heated. I usually don’t leave reviews but this has to stop. It’s a convenient place from my house to get what my family needs. I think this is the last straw. I’m moving my business to Walgreens. Ten minutes further away smh!

This store is consistently the worst service of any retailer I visit. Insurance companies offer the best pricing thru CVS. My wife needed lidocaine for numbing injection areas. The doctor called it in a week in advance. It took two weeks to get it. Her first injection was without it and it hurt. Today I went to pick it up. I arrived at the pharmacy desk at 1:29. Three clerks were chatting with a customer. When I walked up they said we’re closed til 2. I had to wait thru their lunch hour. At 2 they reappeared and by 2:05 they were logged in to check me out. Often with 4 employees behind the counter they all stare at computers and ignore customers. There is always a line when I go. If you have a choice of pharmacy and the ride to another CVS is not bad, it would be worth the drive. I have got to transfer my prescriptions away from this store.

This pharmacy is the worst. They never called to confirm when prescriptions are available; once the medication was expired and told me they would order and call when ready- never did. When I went back several days because it’s impossible to get them on the phone- their systems were down. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

How they get thru the day in that pharmacy with all the rushed and rude people is beyond me.Their job is busy and more complicated than counting a few pills. I have seen people be obnoxious and so RUDE.What the heck is wrong with you people. Did your mommas not raise you with basic respect and decency? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm ashamed of you. You wonder why you're treated poorly and why stores Love self checkouts??! It's because customers are ridiculous and selfish and spoiled.If you don't like the service. Take it somewhere else. BYE. If I appreciate it as a customer. I'm sure they'll appreciate it as employees.
