Only gave them 3 stars cause the guy who was helping me was awesome in trying to figure out how to get all the recall work done on our Bronco. Other than him, they suck. They refused to give a loaner car even though Ford says they have to. Most of the staff is unhelpful and rude. I'd go to another place but they are the closest.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had at your Ford service center. My visit, which was meant to address specific issues with my vehicle, unfortunately, resulted in a series of alarming and unacceptable issues.Upon receiving my car after the service, I discovered that the vehicle was returned in a condition contrary to the service agreement. Specifically, the car was handed back to me with the service mode still active, leading to the disabling of critical driver assistance systems such as ABS and traction control. This not only poses a serious safety concern but also reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism.To make matters worse, I was informed that the service mode could not be turned off and left to resolve the issue myself at the front of the Ford service center. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the competence and reliability of the service provided at your center.I believe that such lapses in service are not only unacceptable but also reflect poorly on the reputation of the Ford brand. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this experience has failed to meet those expectations.I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, rectify the issues with the service provided, and take corrective measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I trust that Ford values its customers and is committed to maintaining the high standards associated with the brand.

D and D Ford and their entire staff has been wonderful to work with. My salesman, Mike Smith, went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase of a 2023 Ford - F150 - Lariat, V6 with eco boost. The management was very helpful as well. I have never owned a truck so there was a lot to learn and Mike was amazing. His knowledge of the product and his experience will be remembered and I feel even after the sale he is there to answer my questions as needed. I LOVE my truck and look forward to many years of use out of this big boy. My purchase was determined by my interest in RVing the country in my retirement. Happy trails to all you considering the same. D and D is the best!

BUYER BEWARE! D&D has no intention in honoring the True Blue Warranty. I purchased my 2017 FORD 150 truck from D&D because I knew that I wouldn't be driving it very much and the 10 year warranty. I did all of the oil changes, had extra oil additives added to the truck and even told them that I wanted to participate in the 10 year warranty. I did everything that they said to do. Yet, when I needed it - They said that I did not qualify because truck needed to come in every six months. No one told me that I needed to come back every six months. My truck has 12k miles on it. Don't think that I am someone that gives everyone a negative review....this is my first time ever. Oh and by the way....Good luck reaching the service manage. It would be easier to get in touch with the President of the USA.

Oil was never drained and 6+ quarts were added. After smoking all over, truck was taken back in and serviced correctly. 1 hour oil change turned in to 3 hour fiasco. Was compensated with 5 free oil changes which may or may not turn out positively. Only time will tell. Hopefully motor will be OK after this mess. Was told it was checked out but to keep an eye on it. Ouch on the complimentary oil change!!

Experience was fair. Car is a 2021 Subaru Outback. Nice. Now, a second fob is costing me $472. Dealer kept me there after 9:pm closing to try to sell an extended warranty. Would not recommend.

Having bought many cars over time, there are very few dealers I would choose to go back to. D&D Motors is one that I would, and will go back to. The sales staff, Harrison and Denny were very easy to deal with and did everything they could to make the buying experience easy. There aren't many times sales people will keep a continuous line open to inform you about the status of your purchase. The times were difficult due to delivery issues, but I never felt that I should cancel my purchase, because when I enquired about delivery, there was always a firm answer given, no false promises.I highly recommend D&d Motors for a much smoother car purchase..

My husband and I recently traded in 2 vehicles and purchased a new truck with Patrick at D & D Ford. Patrick was the best sells person we have EVER had. He never pressured us and was extremely knowledgeable about the truck we were looking for. We have bought many cars over the years and never have we felt as cared for as we did by Patrick. Buying a car from D&D motors was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had recently had some problems with another dealer and was on a time crunch to buy a car. I found the Ford explorer I wanted on D&D's web site and sent an e-mail to them that I was interested in one they had on the lot. This was Saturday night and the next day, even though they were closed, I received a response from Jill that the car was still available and that I could set up an appointment to test drive it. I live in Columbia SC which is about 125 miles away from D&D Ford, and my wife and I drove up to look at it on Sunday. We decided we wanted it and called back on Monday morning to see if we could make a deal. The first person I spoke to was Jill, and she transferred me to Joshua. I told him my situation and he had Patrick contact me to get the ball rolling. The customer service that was provided by the dealership was world class. I was able to make the purchase and they delivered the car to my house the next day. Even the driver, Larry, who delivered the vehicle was outstanding. The next time we need to purchase a new vehicle D&D will be our only stop.Satisfied customer for life.

I recently moved to Greer from Richmond VA and the check engine light came on in my F150 - D&D Service bent over backwards to get my truck repaired and back to me in minimal time. They even offered to come and pick me up from my residence when the repair was complete. Evan was my service writer and he kept me up to speed on everything pertaining to my repair in real time. You can't go wrong using D&Ds service Department. I highly recommend them.
