Staff made a mistake and caused my father to have a stroke and have to be taken to the ER. Not only was his life and well being put at risk by the staff’s gross incompetence, but no one followed up with us after he was admitted to the hospital and none of the staff expressed their concern, but repeatedly called to ask if he would make his appointments showing no remorse or acknowledgment when told they were the direct cause of his stroke because they ignored medical instructions. My mother called and asked for an explanation of what happened and never received a call back and the technician who was responsible has not contacted us to explain why this life threatening mistake was made.

The staff here are great! I was really nervous at first and they were so patient and encouraging.
