Paid extra to receive my package early, the day of delivery I Got a notice at 6:01 PM saying could not deliver, consignee closed. My house! Its coming to my house and I was home at 6pm, checked the camera, no vehicles drove my. Of course the DHL Express Greer closes at 6 and its Friday, they dont open til Monday. This was just a lazy driver who didnt want to complete his route I bet. Absolutely ridiculous, and now the package i needed TODAY I cannot get until next week.

Something change in my job and I started having to ship over seas myself instead of my office doing it. The lovely Holly was was a great help. She walked me through the protocols and helps me with labeling. A true customer service queen.

This place needs to be shut down immediately DHL. Messed up my address wouldn’t deliver my package then placed it on hold wouldn’t let me pick it up called customer service that was a joke hardly spoke any English can’t speak to a manager absolute joke of a company

Please do not use this DHL branch for your delivery service. My grandfather got very sick In Fountain inn. The staff is unprofessional and The drivers are not clean when it comes to being sanitary. I talked to a representative on the phone and they gave me the typical im sorry answer. I’ve been upset ever since my grandfather got sick.
