We’ve used James and his flawless expertise several times for my Son and he never disappoints! We walk in with absolutely no idea on what we need, and within seconds of talking he has it figured out and it’s perfect every time! I simply cannot recommend James enough. If you go anywhere else, you’re doing it wrong! Remember, “If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you do good”. James said it and he’s absolutely right.

I’ve been to the store several times and every time I step in the door, James greets me and my family with a friendly smile. James is knowledgeable about clothing design, the latest trends and traditional styles. I’ve purchased a jacket and pocket squares that were stylish. I also took two new suits to James to have them tailored for a better fit and to add braces; the tailoring was amazing and my suits fit so much better. I’ve recommended the store to friends and family and will definitely continue to come back again and again!

Try to be nicer to prospective customers. No need being rude towards people with a budget.Me and my fiancé walked in expecting great customer service but all we got was a rude attitude. He said he would break up a suit and just give us the jacket for a discounted price, when I said “okay nice” his exact words were “I don’t think you understand, I’m cutting you a great deal” as a business owner myself it’s never good to be condescending of customers. Then he spent 20 minutes on his phone looking at the old navy app trying to find us jeans in budget when we only needed jackets. It was insane all around. Did I mention how rude this guy was?I highly recommend you find ANYWHERE else for any wedding attire needs.

I always have a great experience with James. He has helped me with choosing suits, wardrobe, and alterations. He's always happy to help and takes time to explain how to best utilize pieces for the most options in wear.

We had a great experience here! James was extremely helpful and took care of all the groomsmen and fathers for our wedding (total of 10 suits) and made sure the suits fit perfect and everyone was happy. He answered all of our questions and was easy to contact! If any questions or issues came up, he was quick to find a solution (one groomsmans pants were too small and a shirt too big). He got the replacements within a week and ensured that everything fit right! James is awesome and really takes the time to get to know his customers! We will be returning for any suit needs in the future.

I wasn’t pleased with the service. I brought this guy 8 sales and he seemed like he didn’t appreciate that I brought money to his store. My groomsmen complained about his attitude the entire time. Even the brides parents. Definitely will not use his device again. Also , with me being the groom . I didn’t get fitted the correct way. My pants was too big and my jacket was too small. He also charged me $125.00 to get a bigger jacket & that didn’t arrive on time of the wedding. Was highly disappointed. I will not recommend this place at all.. I’m just glad my wedding is over & I don’t have to come there anymore .

Great prices but most importantly, James cares and takes time with his customers. He was so kind and helpful with my son purchasing his first suit. It was a great experience and the suit looks fabulous!

This place is amazing. My husband recently moved to the area and needed a good men's shop for tailoring and cleaning and this is it!! Always pleasant, new who we were after the first visit. It's like coming back to a friend every time.

Used Empire LTD for my wedding. Everything looked and fit perfectly for 7 very differently shaped guys. The reception and scheduled dressing they provided the day of the wedding made the entire day much easier and stress free. 6 stars out of 5!
