I left an inquiry after 7am on 8/26. Korie Calhoun contacted back before 8am. Had me send my info over and he would get on it soon as he reached the office. Long story short I drove away by 1pm in my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. One of the quickest, easiest car buying experience ever. Thank You so much Family Auto of Greer!!!!❤️❤️❤️?????? Bought my ford fusion from them in March of 2023. I researched for a few months before settling on this one on carfax. It’s still going strong with regular maintenance. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know. I always recommend doing your own research before making any big decisions!

Got a very nice car from here with the help of Brook, Bailey, and Dorothy. Very transparent and honest. They were very patient with me in deciding which vehicle I wanted, especially with it being a hot day. Also, stellar customer service for staying after to close to help me get in the vehicle I wanted. Thank you guys so much and will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who wants a vehicle. This was my truly, honest review of my experience with them and again thank you guys so much!

My husband went yesterday to look at vehicles for our family and Brooke and Bailey helped him get into a beautiful 2012 Ford fusion with no issues! We will definitely be recommending anyone we know in need of a car, to them. Also with the 2 year/36k mile warranty we know we will be able to afford almost anything that may happen to our car! Watch your contract. I didn't look over it enough and took what the finance gut was saying. I had been there 4 hours with the guy eating lunch as I was signing papers he said the correct payment day but it wasn't written that way so I was screwed from the beginning they are extremely rude especially Tim where I come from its not OK to cuss out your customers when they come at you with a problem I will never do business here again people be carefuk

Long honest review ! For starters, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place ! I have been a customer since March 25th 2024, since becoming a customer my process was rushed, I was lied to about issues with car and they sold as is and NON REFUNDABLE however stated a 3000 mile or 2 year warranty... First day driver seatbelt was broken, got halfway home engine light pops on, airbag light pops on, and tire pressure fault sensor pops on, as of now I have been trying to get this vehicle fully up to code due to me being 8 months pregnant. I asked before purchasing was there any issues with the car seller said NO ! This car has broken down within the first week where they had to tow it and get it partially fixed because once I got it back it was driveable but very SHAKY and come to find out tires jacked up completely and owner was at first refusing to pay for it until notified that this has been an ongoing complaint since before my first month was up... They refused to fix every single issue within that 30 day timeframe... Also harasses me about payment even when I'm not a week late but not about fixing the vehicle which they are currently supposed to be working on, charging 3x what the car is worth set at 11k car worth 3k ! So no I do not recommend this company and I'm usually a person to give chances and being honest I can't trust this company with me or my baby life, women please bring a mechanic if your considering trying it because, just because my experience is horrible doesn't mean urs has to be! I also have to keep calling for them to lmk when parts arrive etc when they should be the ones calling me ??♀️! I may come back and post more pictures or update my review if things get fixed etc ! 5/16/24

I came in after chatting for about a month with a Jonathan. I walk in and there was no enthusiasm in this office at all. I spent a whole two minutes inside because it just felt awkward, nothing like the videos they post on FB. I thought I would get a little more of a good vibe after the chats that I had by phone. Sorry, but will take my business elsewhere.
