This bank is absolutely terrible. I had to sit and wait to talk to someone to cash a paycheck. Never had this issue before. Then they had me sit and wait while they were calling my job and asking to speak to several different people. If the company has an account with the bank, why is that an issue. Very awkward situation.

Had N issue with this banking institution, however after speaking with the branch manager, it was a misunderstanding and she went above and beyond to fix this issue .

Play games with me. Said I have to call and verify who you are before you take money out of my own account. I verified everything and she called and verified me. Then after I was verified she said she still didn’t feel comfortable letting me get my own money out my own account. Even after I was verified every way possible!!! No point in me standing there to get verified still to be told no. Makes no sense. Brainless women running a bank here

Toby Wolford is one of the best loan officers on the planet. One of the nicest people I have ever talked to. We had a lot of questions and he was always available to help. He was an amazing communicator.

Closed from 1 pm to 3 pm. Why is COVID the excuse for poor service. Why have branches if you cannot access your money? Need to reverse a home Equity check but can’t access the services to get it done. Go TRUIST Bank!

These people are clueless and do not help at all!! Do not go with this bank for anything! They are the worst. Customer service tells me something different every time I call in for help and I never get the help I need ! I just took out an auto loan with them and regret it 100% bc now I'm stuck with these idiots! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Moved from PA to Greer SC and needed to find a local bank that could take care of all my needs. After visiting Wells Fargo, Bank of America, TD I stopped at First Citizens Bank at 300 The Parkway, Greer SC. I was introduced to Mrs Anu Mahajan (Financial Srv Rep / Platform Sales) who couldn't have been more professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable and quickly convinced me that this was the Bank for me. A true family oriented Bank. A++++ & Thanks so much ANU

The First Citizen staff at The Parkway location is absolutely amazing. Stephanie and Lena are very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. If you are looking for a new bank please go see them.

Friendly but bank is not swift when working with people. Also I was signing papers that had vital information on it instead of entering the information on a database. This bank seems behind in the technological times.

Terrible customer service! I have been with FCB for 4 long years now and they have had 4 different branch managers. They do not even know bank policy but have to call someone out of the office EVERY time I have a question. They act as if the customer is always wrong and have NO support for the people who do business with them. Beth Waters is the current manager and she has exhibited a strong negative attitude towards me. My needs are not addressed and I am being forced to change banks. Someone needs to explain to her that the customer is always right. Her communication skills are poor at best and she should find some employment where she is not required to deal directly with the public.

Great branch of First Citizens. The tellers always remember who you are and something personal about you even when you haven't been in recently. Service is quick and efficient. This is my favorite branch to go to.

Not accommodating to college students. Will hit you with bogus fees and claim you were notified via mail when you weren't. Horrible customer service. I had to call my branch seven times in one week just to get someone to talk to me, said they'd call me back and never did.
