Screw this crapshoot. This place is always broken. The stair masters are mostly crunchy or out of order. The women’s sauna NEVER WORKS!!! They closed down the CrossFit room that a lot of people utilized. It was the only reason I could justify $40 for this place and ZERO extra anything. No towels and Covid is over. Nothing. Now they took what extra room there was and I loved using that room.Sauna was broken for weeks and now it’s broken again. I’m sure it’ll be a month before it’s working properly and it never worked right after the first time it broke down anyway.I’m done with this place. I honestly liked it because the sauna worked fine for a few weeks when I joined and then slowly I saw this place go after new management took over. You cannot justify paying $40 for a name when crunch fitness has more equipment and a working sauna. Get it together Golds. Zero excuses.

This isn't the same Gold's Gym I joined before the COVID thing. Pool has finally been re-opened, but the Jacuzzi has not. Prices have doubled, but the amenities have not. Front desk people use to be very friendly and customer service oriented, now they are not.I was going to rejoin my family, just so we could have use of the pool again, but I'm not going to pay that much and get into such a long contract, for a facility that isn't great. I'll keep my $25.00 a month membership from right down the road at PF. At least there I don't see guys shooting up steroids or selling enhancement drugs in the men's bathroom.

I used to love this gym. The price was affordable, the amenities were clean, and the options were robust. However, they have since changed ownership and I cannot justify staying or recommending any longer. Their pricing model is borderline predatory and it feels like they no longer value their customers. For those considering a membership, just know that they now charge on a BIWEEKLY schedule so that means 2 months a year you will be charged 3x a month. Not only that but they have begun to charge ridiculous fees.So between membership prices doubling, nonsensical additional fees, ridiculous billing schedules, and forcing new members into 1-2 year contracts in order to lock in the more “affordable” rates, I can no longer support this establishment. I hope ownership changes sooner rather than later.

The gym is nice, but my wife and I have had a horrible experience with their billing department. We’ve tried to cancel for the past three months, yet they keep billing our card even after we thought we were cancelled, and they kept coming up with random reasons why we continued to be billed. One of them being that their was a late fee after we thought we had cancelled and waited the 30-day period. Their billing customer service is unprofessional and difficult to communicate with, so we will never be going back. Do not sign up; it’s not worth the hassle if you ever try to leave.

Nice gym but I did not care for dude using camera in the locker room to pose...cameras should not be allowed in locker room.

Been coming for about a year now and it’s the best gym around for sure. Super clean, good equipment, and great classes! Leslie Steadman and Mark Fleming are standouts. Take a class with them if you can! Also, that new front desk guy, Quinton, is awesome! He always greets me by name and I’ve seen him do the same for others. This Gold’s is next level for sure.

I've been going to this gym 5-7 days a week consistently for almost 3 years. I used to love it. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and welcoming. Since the new management took over this gym has been trash. This morning we brought our kids with us to the gym expecting to have child care until 12pm like what is advertised. They did put out an announcement that kids club closed at 10am but I didn't log into the app so I didn't see it until after we were at the gym with our kids. I asked if my 2 well behaved kids could sit on the bench while we did a quick workout but the worker refused to allow that. I just cancelled my membership and I'll go elsewhere especially now that I am now being charged $70 more per year and not getting any extra benefits. Maybe make sure you have employees to cover the shifts for kids club before you start charging extra money for the membership.

Overall the gym is alright. And for a while they've had free reign in the Area. But a new gym is opening down the road and they need to stay on top of everything. 1) one of the stall doors has been broken in the men's room for at least 2 months and twice I've personally seen a line for the toilets during the morning rush. Simply find a handy man and get it done. Also fix any broken tool dispensers. For the cost I cannot justify it over the newer and cheaper gym that if it were me I'd be doing the most to retain my members. Sometimes it's the.little things.

I DO NOT! Recommend signing up for golds gym. I moved about 3 months ago and don’t have any near me. It’s taken 9 plus weeks for cancelation process and 2 payments later even after not using im still not sure if I will be billed one more time. Even with new ownership you will be stuck going back and fourth emailing for days without a clear answer.

The trainers are dedicated and supportive, pushing me to surpass my fitness goals. The facilities are state-of-the-art, and the cleanliness is exceptional. The positive energy from fellow members is contagious, making each workout session enjoyable and motivating. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being.

Called golds gym to cancel my membership after a car accident. 6 months later after PT I opened my account. However they never cancelled the first one. I’ve been charged for over a year and once I found out they will only refund me for 90 days. Not the full time they charged me
