I read all reviews and decided I HAD to leave one.... simply for the reason that I frequent this location (along with many more on a rotation).They're so many references to the "older, short, very mean" cashier. I immediately got a mental image of her and her non stop complaining! Even if no one is looking at her or listening, still steady complaining and has to be just a miserable person. I hate she is, but customer service is NOT her calling lol

This particular goodwill location will make up their own prices on goods that are generically priced already. On this particular visit they wanted to charge me 1.99 for a .50 cent stuffed animal because it wasn’t “soft” enough according to the cashier. I have had this experience before with this location and same cashier except this time the manager got involved and sided with the cashier telling me I was wrong, when I went to purchase T-shirts and they wanted to up charge and tell me what I had wasn’t a T-shirt when I had gotten them from the T-shirt rack and they were clearly T-shirts. This is the only location I have ever seen do this and it is absolutely deplorable.

I have had the absolute worst experience due to horrible customer service. Pamela was at the register and at the time she was helping one customer. I was looking around and found more than I could carry. I wanted to get a shopping cart so I asked Pamela, the cashier, if I could put my items on the next register so I could go outside to get a shopping cart, to which Pamela replied, “yes, but you better come back.” I was completely caught off guard by her response and her aggresssive tone. When I went back inside I asked her “do you talk to everyone like that?” She responded “Yes, do you see all the things I have to put back!” At this point I went and put most of everything I had back. I understand people have bad days but when working in retail this is the job. I have working in retail many year and I am aware of how horrible it is to have to clean up after people, however customer service is the first priority to everyone. Past customers sins should not be applied to your current customer. If there was a way to rate a negative star I would.

I usually don’t take the time to leave a review anywhere, but this time I think is necessary since it already happened not once but a couple times, The young Skinny black guy wearing glasses receiving the donations on the right side of the building is extremely rude, always have a bad attitude towards us, the people donating goods. Next time I have a donation I’ll go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. There was a long line to check out with only one register open. We had to do a return and as soon as we got to the register the cashier was extremely upset and voiced her opinion about hating returns. We had to call a Manger and both of them struggled to do the return. She kept cussing about it and he was upset that he had to do his job. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in a goodwill location. The clothing is supposed to be sorted by size, but it's just thrown all over the place. I saw several filthy items and stuffed animals that were ripped apart. Looks like they will put anything on their shelves.

I worked at this exact store for almost 2 years; very horrible work environment, the managers on shift literally sit in the office all day and do nothing and come out every now and again, maybe price a few books then disappear back to the office. I would often times look in the office window to see them on their phone, eating, or doing anything than what their supposed too. Besides that, the number of wares that could come through that backroom would be too much; I remember literally having to work on top of mountains of wares at times, which is really dangerous, seeing as how you don’t know what’s in these lumps, and nothing would be done. On top of that I worked full-time and never received any notice of benefits, raises or anything, and they cut my full time right before the holidays for no reason, which meant no holiday bonus for me (I was the one of the only clear headed people seeing how majority of the Staff at that time were mentally slow). The Top Dogs aren’t very helpful either as I saw in various situations. Overall, this store is absolute garbage, don’t come here, and definitely don’t consider working here

I just wanted to share an experience I had today. One of the managers took the jeans that I found and loved and REFUSED to sell them to me because they had a hole “too messed up to sell and would be liable if she let us leave the store with them”. She then threw them away and wouldn’t hear otherwise. THANKFULLY another manager came along and offered to help but it was too late. Overall I hated the experience and really dislike that lady. I think she should be fired.
