“My wife and I went to Lowes in Greer because we needed to replace the washer and drier and outdoor grill at our Lake house in Anderson County. We were not sure what we wanted when an employee asked if he could help. His name is Stephen Jaworski. We had many questions about the different brands of washers and dryers and he was very knowledgeable about each one. He wrote up the whole order and set up the delivery that we requested. The next morning we realized that the grill we had selected was too small. I met Stephen that morning and had no problems in deleting the original grill and replacing it with the one that better served our needs. Roy S.”

“The customer service here is 5 star! I have bought 2 battery powered chain saws here and they’re exactly what I wanted!
Within the last 2 months, I bought a Craftsman 1900 pressure washer and it’s light weight, easy to handle and it’s easy to operate! Having used it twice, I began to question if the attachment that sprays soap was doing its job. I went back to this store and was told to bring it by yesterday(Friday) and Nocolai would be glad to check it. He unloaded it from my truck, hooked up the water and power to check it out! What a nice young man! It was hot and he never complained. The soap attachment works, he put it back in my truck and that’s 5 star customer service!

“Went to look at grills. Ron helped us with that, and boy, he can sell you on those Traeger grills! He did tell us what to get and what not to get from his own experience. He was so helpful. And he knew other things we needed and locations for those, was willing to walk to show us. Very informative and helpful. Also, Rebecca, head cashier, was very helpful too. I got everything to paint my garage and the employee in paint was very helpful and even tho they were busy with quite a few people to mix paint for, they managed to get everyone through in a timely manner with a little patience.
