Instead of keeping it at the shop for days and charging a huge service fee, Jonathan had it checked on the spot and the service tech troubleshot and corrected the problems while Jonathan happily gave me insight on usage and maintenance of my echo weedeater. I left with a smile and spent less than $50. Thanks guys.”

“When you're looking for building supplies or something that isn't as typical at Lowe's or Home Depot don't forget Pittman's ..they have lots of interesting items and the prices are very competitive, if not better in many cases. We were finishing a remodel in a building for my wife's massage therapy office and we were going with a rustic look and they had these beautiful knotty pine custom doors in stock and the price was great! We also bought LVP flooring at a great price and it was a good quality for sure.”

“The Direct tool store is a great place to shop for your favorite tools. They have a very large selection. The agents are very knowledgeable and friendly. As far as tool quality... as a homeowner I've moved from great but expensive DeWalt to Ryobi. They help me do lawn maintenance, camp with my troop and help other people. Very little trouble with their products.
If only they were not on busy Woodruff Road. Woodruff rd is one of my least favorite roads to visit... Still that seems to be where major retailers and restaurants keep moving to. Nothing we can do about that!

This is a great location that has an amazing amount of inventory of small hardware all the way to large landscaping products that we visit weekly. “I just went by to purchase a capicator for my unit and the front desk asked me who I worked for and if I had a license.......thanks for nothing ...the other guy let me know that I needed to know the voltage and that it could burn up if I didn't get the right size. Thanks to this guy for the info but I'll never go there again......"New HVAC student"If a business or an eletrical license is required you guys should have a sign that clearly state that. Some how I don't think those are required to purchase products from this or any other parts store. By the way I purchased 4 capacitors from another parts store without any problems.......8/28/2020 update....i just had a great experience there today so I'd like to retract my previous review...Thanks guys”

“I guess you are supposed to schedule an appointment... Was told to look around and then tell them what to quote. I asked if all items were comparable, was told yes and then the printed quote showed non comparable features... But it was good to see the products!”
