No customer service at GSP or corporate - AVOID!Hertz is the embodiment of a zombie company.Avoid Hertz...there is literally no customer service on local or corporate level.

Car Selection is very Poor at the time of pick up but where they lack in selection is made up by the sweet lady behind the counter helping you. She did all she could to accommodate me and wasn't trying to shove me away like 90% of rentals places I go to do.Cars aren't super clean but they are a high volume store so I'll give it a pass.They do not answer the phone at all so if you have any issues or need to potentially extend your rental I would avoid Hertz at GSP.I'm happy with what I got and the quality of service I received!(Add Pictures so people can get a sense of the selection quality)

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is ridiculous... went there went they said they were open and there was no cars there. They don't care about people that need a car to go to work! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Let's put it this way. I rent from Hertz 25-40 times a year. I avoid this location. Always rude, never have the right car, I was told by the manager that they are not even ordering luxury eventhough they allow you to book one. Same owner has other locations and they are not as bad.

Didn't have my reserved vehicle type, and when I went to return my vehicle (in the early morning, later that week - anticipating a key drop box) a woman with no employee ID walked up to me from a different spot in the garage and asked for my keys. I politely stated that I'd like to confirm she was an employee and get a receipt. Huge amounts of attitude followed.

This is a poor place to rent a car. The employee didn't register that I returned a car, and I got hounded by hertz for several weeks afterward.

Had reserved with Dollar which went out of business without telling us. We finally stumbled upon Hertz. They say they inherited Dollar's resvs. No one told us. They try to give us a huge truck. We ask if there is anything else available. He says no. We cancel. The next person walks up and he offers them their choice of cars. Whaaa!!?

Do NOT rent from this place!!!! We took the van to a church camp and only had kids in the van and when we returned it they said it had animal hair in it and was going to charge us over $200 cleaning fee! There was NEVER an animal in the van! We ended up taking it to clean it! So ridiculous!

I had to give them one star because I can't give zero. We rented our car and upon the return, the clerk was too busy playing on her phone to give us our receipt. A few minutes later, a notification came through that she charged us $77.00 for not filling up the truck -- which we had! I called for several days and the manager refused to return my call. Eventually, she gave back $50 of it, but refused to return the rest because she claimed I had filled it up too far away. My advice: MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!!

Alexis was rude, Irrational, and disrespectful! I asked for a different customer representative and she would not stop talking over us while I was explaining the situation. Money and Personal items was stolen out of my rental vehicle while it was in the possession of Hertz service center! The rental vehicle was wrongfully towed and towed without asking for the key! because all payment transactions was received on their behalf. I was over charged.

The return was simple enough and the people were friendly. However, I have still not received a receipt after 2 weeks, and today I received a spam call saying that my rental was overdue and I would be charged. I called Hertz, who told me to call this location for a receipt, but no one will answer the phone and the mailbox is full.

Unless you’ve never had a flight canceled in your life, don’t rent from this Hertz here at Greenville. If your flight gets delayed for more than two hours, they will automatically cancel your reservation and let you know that they no longer have any cars available. You cannot do a same day reservation (in the event they cancel your rental), and only have minivans and trucks.

I have been renting here now weekly for about 3 years, as it is a Licensee location is does have its odd quirks in comparison to corporate but the staff has always done everything they can to make it as smooth a process as possible. Every issue or concern i've ever had John and Tamica were very adept to help me solve and has always been kind and courteous even through my frustrations.

Worst experience ever with a car rental ! They just cancelled without warning, and find excuses.. Total lack of customer respect and zero professional behaviour. They just don't care ! Awful experience !!!! Run away
