Went to look at grills. Ron helped us with that, and boy, he can sell you on those Traeger grills! He did tell us what to get and what not to get from his own experience. He was so helpful. And he knew other things we needed and locations for those, was willing to walk to show us. Very informative and helpful. Also, Rebecca, head cashier, was very helpful too. Went out of her way to help with a transaction that caused grief several times. Kudos to her for staying at it and being friendly!

Purchasing cabinets from here was a huge regrettable decision! The designer made numerous mistakes. The biggest one was that we have 1 1/2 inches of space between our refrigerator and the flanking cabinets. The regional manager blamed us in a big meeting with the store manager, the cabinet installer, and others. When they showed us the renderings and info of the cabinets we had supposed approved, we realized the designer had falsified several things on it to apparently protect her job. Also, the counter top company, Stabella, measured and installed wrongly. In the beginning of this debacle, the Store Manager and one of his Assistant manager promised us they wanted us happy. Actually the Store Manager and the Regional Manager were attempting to make corporate happy. They finally wore us down and we gave up. We will never make a major purchase from Home Depot again.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to rent a truck/moving truck without a major credit card here! And unfortunately after more than 2 HOURS between the 90+ degree parking lot & standing in line in the store with only 1-2 employees & 2 phone calls with Penske customer service later...never once did I hear anything about needing or having to have a MAJOR CREDIT CARD to complete this nightmare!!! That's awful! Not everyone has that luxury & for a lot of different reasons! They should make it a little easier & affordable for everyone all around! Or at least tell people up front about whats required & not assume everyone knows! And maybe have a sitting area inside if you are going to have lengthy waits in line or in the store, esp when its almost 90-100 degrees outside!

Getting anything delivered locally from this Home Depot is impossible and a headache. If you have a project deadline, shop elsewhere.
I ordered 3 items for local delivery (water heater, rocks, and a door).
They said it was “out for delivery”, then said “missed without attempt” an hour later.
They said it was because they needed to use their box truck instead of their flat bed. So the next day they delayed it again without a reason.
I contacted them again and they said “I’m sorry. It must be incredibly frustrating”.
This Home Depot local delivery service is a joke.
