Called to set an appointment with the lady who answered the phone. Was short with me and very rude. Never called me back to set up an appointment. Went in today to talk with someone and she cut me off while speaking and was just as rude in person as on the phone. Absolutely no customer service. No help whatsoever and I literally was wanting to hire somone to help me do my taxes. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Couldn't even get a person to answer the phone through corporate.

My taxes were not completed on time and multiple excuses were given. Then when I filed a complaint with the BBB I was contacted directly and not through the BBB portal as I should have been. The area manager was lied to on multiple accounts and now I face penalties from the IRS plus filing late for taxes. Even with the offer of having my taxes done again by the area manager, it does not excuse that this has happened to me on multiple occasions. 2009, 2016 and now in 2020. All three of those taxes year cost me hundreds of dollars and countless hours of being hung up on, no return calls and lied to on multiple occasions.
