I visited this store for the first time recently. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by knowledgeable staff ready to help. After explaining to David what I was looking for and the problem I was having, he showed me exactly what I was needing. I was greatly impressed by how clean and stocked everything was. Everyone was so friendly. It was my first visit but not my last.

We had an amazing experience with this landscaping company from start to finish! Cameron & Roger were incredibly knowledgeable & made sure everything was done exactly how we envisioned. Bekah was so helpful with communication & scheduling, & David ensured the entire project ran smoothly.
The team was professional, punctual, & paid close attention to detail. Our yard looks absolutely fantastic, & we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for quality work & a great team!

Mike was the most rude person ive ever met. Hes a cocky know-it-all. And when you have an opinion he acts like its the most stupid thing hes ever heard. Terrible customer service I think this place would do much better without him!!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Mike gave us some great advice about a backpack blower which we purchased. We will definitely be shopping at this store in the future. FYI Justin the store manager is a pretty good pit master in his own right.

They are good for most things but do not use their winter mower service. I paid the commercial mower price $269.00 that they say it includes the following:
* Clean or Change Air Filter
* Change Oil & Filter
* Change Spark Plug(s) & Fuel Filter
* Sharpen Blade(s)
* Lubricate/ Grease
* Check Deck Level (*level charge may apply)
* Check - Test Battery/ Clean Post & Terminals
* Check RPM's (*RPM set charge may apply)
* Check and Adjust Tire Pressure
* Pressure Wash Unit
I understand that it may not need all of the services but not even washing it or sharpening the blades? Makes me wonder if they even did anything...
Please judge by the pictures attached and come to your own conclusion.

I returned my Echo mower that I purchased 5 months ago because it stopped suddenly while mowing. Once they ckd it out they said the only problem was the loose bolt, yet they said Echo denied a warranty claim for the loose bolt even though the mower was pre assembled by manufacturer & mower was purchased in June, 5 months ago. Now Landscapers Supply refuses to refund my deposit. I’ll never do business with Landscapers Supply again.

Their message on their voicemail says I close at 7:00 their website on the internet says they close at 7:00 I got here at 6:07 p.m. they're closed the sign on the door says I close at 6:00 they need to update their information on their voicemail and on there web page

Nice and clean store, friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to Bekah and Justin for great experience . The service department did a fantastic work on my chain saw, which now works like new. Definitely recommend this store.

I love our local Ace Hardware. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I was getting a load of railroad ties. Russ and...(augh! Forgot the other gentleman's name, sorry!) helped me load it and tie it down. Above and beyond friendly customer service. Thanks guys! So glad this store is close to our house!
