I deal with this store quite a bit and they’re always service-oriented, friendly and helpful. I had a hydraulic pump issue out of my Scag tiger cat 2 and they took care of me exactly how was promised when I purchased the mower there. The mechanic, John, was able to get my mower covered under warranty with no hassle for me. Max, the store salesman was easy to deal with and very understanding/helpful. Will certainly buy more equipment here in the future.

Before visiting Landscaper Supply I was not a fan of going thru a dealer, I like things cut and dry with minimal hassle. Safe to say my mind has been changed. Bob and the rest of the staff helped me in ways I didn’t think I needed. They offered both professional and personal opinions on various products, which I greatly appreciated. Purchased a SFC30, upon servicing they found there was an issue and I wouldn’t be able to leave with my purchase. The guys there did everything in they could so that I’d end my day with a brand new mower, calling around to various suppliers to find the parts needed. I honestly feel that they cared just as much about the success of my business as I do. When they couldn’t find the parts, they instead found me an even better mower at a phenomenal price. I ended up buying it and a blower and will be back soon to outfit my fleet. Can’t stress enough how they turned me, a true hassle free online shopper, into a dedicated dealer man. Can not thank those guys enough for their service and attentions to detail. Bob and everyone else there were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

I own a tree service and shop at Landscaper’s Supply frequently. Their service has always been adequate, but today I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had with an employee. I went in to buy an electric Husqvarna saw. The employee at the store (Bob S.- employee number 18093) retrieved a small cardboard box from the back and went to check me out at the register. I was buying an $1100 saw kit, and the box appeared small, so I wanted to be sure I was getting what I was paying for. I asked to look inside the box and Bob acted like I was hugely inconveniencing him, stating that everything was inside. I kept pushing for him to open it, and sure enough only the saw power head was in the box. The kit was missing two batteries, a charger, and a carrying case. He went to the back and grabbed the batteries and charger and rang them all up separately, attempting to charge me almost $1800 for an $1100 kit. I had to explain to him what was included in the kit, and he still tried to charge me for one of the batteries separately. After more arguing he finally charged me the correct price (looking at the receipt pictured below- the description clearly states what is included in the kit). As the kit also came with a carrying case for the loose batteries and charger, I inquired about this. Bob said there were no carrying cases in the back. I had to ask him three times before he finally went to the back to look for a case. As the back door swung open, I clearly saw several Husqvarna cases laying out in the open. As we were wrapping up the highly unpleasant experience, he suggested maybe I buy online next time. I had to fight tooth and nail with an ornery employee to simply buy a saw kit that Landscaper’s supply was selling. I wasn’t asking for special treatment, only to actually receive what I was paying for. If I hadn’t bought a different Husqvarna 540ixp kit last year, I would have not known what was included, and would have been taken advantage of by the employee. He made the entire process highly uncomfortable, and I literally had to fight for fair treatment. I’ve spent nearly $20,000 in the past year and a half at various Landscaping Supply stores and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Congratulations Bob S., you lost tens of thousands of dollars of future business from my tree service.

Bought a 36” Wright stander I.Max is a great guy. Helped out a lot with explaining everything. Has plenty of knowledge about the mowers and different brands. He will hook you up. Go talk to him.

Max was very helpful in our new purchase. He is very knowledgeable and gives great advice about which mower was the best for our yard. Highly recommend talking to Max if you are in the need for a mower.

Very disappointed. This store now charges you a flat fee for propane refills regardless if your tank is half full. Previously, they would weigh the tank and only charge you for what you purchased. Now they still weigh the tank (see photo) but still charge you for the gas you already had in the tank. (Double charged)
