I came in and asked for acrylic. I was told by the tech who was there that the tech who does acrylics was stuck in traffic and asked me to wait 30 minutes. Almost an hour goes by. The person who comes in doesn’t know how to do acrylics and the the lady that initially told me to wait decided she was going to do them. What is this??? She was absolutely clueless! Not only was my afternoon wasted, she was about to charge me $60 for the trash she was creating! Needless to say I ended the service and will NEVER be returning! Absolutely pitiful!

My daughter and I come here and we love it! The staff is friendly and accommodating. We enjoy talking with them and they clearly want to ensure we have an enjoyable experience.
My favorite is the Collagen pedicure, so
Dreamy! The foot and leg massage is the best I’ve ever had, by far. The massage chairs actually massage and the environment is clean and delightful! Definitely check it out!

Edit 6/2/25 After receiving the message from the owner I tried to call and left several messages with employees. I also reached out on Facebook messenger and edited this post. My toes are still trashed and even worse because no top coat was applied. Dropping to 1 star because that’s bogus
Not the worst. Def not the best. My toes are botched and my nails are uneven. I filed my fingers myself when I got home because there were weird edges. Toes are BOTCHED. Expensive and mediocre at best. She never did put clear coat on my toes either. 3 stars in generous
Edit: Please provide a way to contact you. I’d love to give you a chance to correct. I called the salon. They didn’t know how to contact you and there was no option for voicemail.

Had an appointment for pedi. Waited 40 min after being seated before tech came to us. Nail tech kept getting up to take care of other business before starting. Left before this could become a 90 minute affair.

When this first opened up the service was great. Since then it has been nothing but issues. The people working there were not super friendly. Went with a friend one time, told us they could take us immediately and started working on me. My friend sat there with her feet soaking for 30 minutes, she ended up leaving because it was taking so long. Then tried again by booking an appointment for 3 pedicures. When we showed up, they only had 2 people staffed to work and were still taking walk ins. Again a friend had to leave because they never even touched her and she had a time constraint. My friend and I ended up getting our toes completed, and it was one of the worst applications and clean ups we have had on our toes. Some of my nail wasn’t even covered with polish and the cuticles were even cleaned properly. I will not be returning to this place.

Dawn is amazing, when my nails were messed up by a different spa I found her and she has been doing mine ever since. I love her care and professionalism, she always makes sure they have the right thickness and is able to create cute designs. She also speaks English which makes everything a lot easier. 100% recommend!

Jay did an excellent job on my nails; considering i had them done last week. You cud not tell they were done last week😅 I came in w/gel, but got dip today. Even tbough i did not get a manicure, Jay pulled skin from around my nails anyway. Thus was the 1st time I ever had a nail technician do that with ought me asking them to and them trying to charge me extra. I am very pleased with my nails. I believe they will continue to looked good beyond next week🥰

I have been to G Nails three times, and each time has been the absolute BEST experience!!! Dawn is not only talented, but she is kind and takes the time to get to know you. My nails have never looked better! Make an appointment with Dawn, you won’t be disappointed!!! Also, this is the cleanest, most relaxed atmosphere. The place is beautiful, & calming; and I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes (even without an appointment).
