This one is hella better than the one in Huntersville!! Trolleys are readily available, and there is actually a signal, so you do t need to punch in the code every time! There's no one ever here. They had the water turned off in the restroom, and there was no paper, but that only happened one time.

Diane M was SO fantastic. My life has been turned up-side down but Diane M made the sunshine !! I would STILL be walking around upstairs way after closing if Diane M hadn't shown me how to navigate the maze. She also show me how to use the code box, something I would have had to call someone to figure out. THANX DIANE M

My things have been here just about a year. No one is Ever in the office , nor can you get anyone on the phone . If you'd like to speak to someone call Lindsey at the Taylors location, she answers the phone , and returns calls. I was left standing outside in 90 plus degree weather with an Employee in the office , granted she was helping someone else but the door was locked and she saw me!! I stood there almost 5 plus minutes and she didn't lift a finger to open the door. I have managed stores and this is SO Not acceptable and beyond poor customer service. No ACCOUNTABILITY! Don't reply Gaslighting me about, people being busy ! Read the reviews I'm not the only one
How can complete strangers say the same thing? Put your customers first and fix this.
