This location has declined in all aspects of business.
Customer are no longer of importance to the current management. Previously this location cared about customer satisfaction.
This location has changed management many times in a short period. With a major competitor across the street, customers have a choice, to go where they will be appreciated.

Nothing I looked for was located on the aisle where the app says it's supposed to be. Prices are constantly wrong in the app compared to in this store (yes I have the Greer store selected). Why even have an app if you move things so often that you can't keep it updated? An absolutely ridiculous concept for customers!

Returns are easy even if you take them to different lowes store. The guys at Windows and Doors were very helpful.

While most of the staff here are super helpful and friendly, we've had a few run ins with less than helpful folks. But overall, they have great selection. My only real gripe about this location is getting in and out onto Wade Hampton.

This Lowe's in particular is going heavy on allowing the 3rd partys come in and try to sell their garbage products and services to you. It seems like I can't go in this store without being accosted by a LeafFilter rep or some other nonsense.

Don't get scammed by Lowe's. They are trying to unload inventory that they had in their stores for months. I went to buy a grill and they sold me the wrong one and try to cover it up. You cannot trust them. Make sure that you are very vigilant and check your merchandise that it is the right product fire beware.

We shop at Lowe's Home improvement store for a lot of our lawn tools, mulch and plants. We have purchased a floor from Lowe's, had them install it. We also purchased our kitchen cabinets and appliances, had those installed by them as well. We are very pleased with their products and installation. Highly recommend. Will return again and again.
