Manager overlooked my order at this location and sent my contractor to a completely different store to pick up a completely different order. Contractor wasted the entire day tracking down an order that was in-store and ready when he first arrived. After speaking with the manager to clear up the confusion, he was unhelpful, dishonest, indignant and unwilling to right the wrong that was made. Unimpressed by the lack of organization within the company and management as a whole.
