Background, I have bought furniture from the factory furniture for years. In fact my house is most likely outfitted from them in total. My wife and I recently went in to buy some pieces that are no longer available, story of my life lol. So after purchasing some pieces and paying… my wife and I left. Got a call from Chris letting us know he made a mistake in cost…not in his favor but in mine. The amount is not the important part but the fact he caught it before I did and addressed it and corrected the mistake. Bravo!!! If you are still reading this review, good. This is a family business. A family that treats you fair but still a business. They must make a profit, yes the bad the word lol, but you still save money here, and time rather driving and going to other stores etc. I said to Chris, “people buy from people not price”. In this store I get both and I believe you will also. Years and years of purchases from them has proven the fact. Honest, integrity and low prices is a slogan everyone uses with short comings. “It may not look like much from the outside (to the point we didn’t even trust that it was open and still in business) BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who was thorough and patiently guided us to test numerous mattresses until we found a favorites. He wasn’t pushy and even encouraged us to wait and test our top three again tomorrow to see if we stood by our choice! He coordinated same day delivery and made this potentially stressful process smooth. Will definitely return for future mattress needs.”

“Went to the store after going to the one on Anderson rd and white horse road where the female salesperson was skating ? around ? and told me that what I wanted was not in stock, and there was none around I had to pay for it up front and wait be around 6 week's trying to lock me in a sell at that store so called this store on Woodruff Rd they said they had 2 in stock I went and picked it up paid for it as they loaded it up every thing done in 15 minutes ? now this is how you run a store.”
“Ordered the GE All in one washer/dryer combo from Cole. Offered a fast delivery but needed to wait an extra week. Delivery guys Justin and Micheal were spot on with the morning call and estimated arrival time. Kept us informed throughout the day. Arrived and like a well oiled machine got to work. Flawless installation and verified everything was in working order before leaving. Highly recommend this store and their delivery team as they are Above reproach!”

“Back in May of last year my home burnt down. Unfortunately we did not have homeowners insurance. When it came to buying furniture for our new home I had been told the we needed to go to Furniture Warehouse Showroom.We met Stephanie Bishop and let me tell you she was AMAZING!!! We went in sad and gloomy and came out happy and hopeful.Stephanie helped us in every way possible. We told her our budget and she met every goal that we needed to achieve.Her personality and smile made this horrible situation a great experience.We literally had lost everything and Stephanie helped replenish our home with top quality furniture.Every piece that we purchased Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable about (down to the materials and how to clean)When it comes to top notch customer service I highly recommend Stephanie Bishop.
