Rude employees and prices are outrageous. It's no longer about helping less fortunate people in the community and this was made evident today when I witnessed a customer ask about a piece of furniture. $80? No, $800. It can't be reduced, "this is an antique, ma'am." I didn't know we priced items based on antique and their worth on eBay, this used to be a store that offered help to less fortunate people and had reasonable prices. No more discounts, the stamp cards are void now, customer service is bad and rude manager.

I was at the Greer store 2 to 3 weeks ago. The furniture, in particular, needs help. I looked a light-colored chair, and could see dried circles of something all in the seat of the chair. That didn't give me the warm fuzzies; so didn't spend much more time there. Sometimes, in long ago, past years, I used to find good things there. The last several trips, however, were not good.

I have always loved the stores. Today I bought a microwave pressure cooker for $9.95. Never used. I checked the internet and Amazon has the same one for $62. A bargain, right.

Good thrift store that appears to be improving. They have moved a few things around trying to make the store more customer and shopping friendly. Staff is always nice and helpful. Love the new spot for books. Now more people can be in the area and it not feel so congested. Good job!

This store has gone downhill in their demeanor and commpassion. Not to mention, their prices are unrealistic in the way of quality. Often, I come across stains, rips and smelly items they are ramping up the price. The lady with the black curly hair and the extremely heavyweight lady are the most ignorant and should look elsewhere for another job. Miracle Hill is a great organazation and they are not embracing the message. Don't put greed in front of gods will. The lady with the black curly hair has taken her issue with not moving up in the company to lashing out on me. Or moving ahead in the line to not offer the customer some encouragement and hope when I so needed it most. Recently, i became homeless in my car because of severe mental illness and autism getting me in a tangle with employment and being more self sufficient in a place to call my own. I realize my actions are not what i prefer and have reached out to this location in hopes of some understanding or resources. Even have pre apoligized if i am not in my usual bubbly mood. This lady I have been speaking of, just laughs or mocks anything I say. Recently, I have noticed in her actions and facial gestures with herself that she is not happy with herself. I have recently been discriminated against just hecause I am homeless. The ONLY one time last week I asked to exchange something. I waa told by the cashier, "we don't allow exchanges". Oh reallly, they do it for others all the time. However, the very kind male manger said to go ahead and pick out something else. Often, my purchases are rung up incorrectly and need to be fixed. Please look at your receipts and watch carefully or will not notice. I was to bring an item in the dressing room that has no tag. Brought it up front to the register. Lol! To my surprise, they jack up the price to almost $7.00 for a casual pajama pant. They are now forbidding me to go in there. The heavyset female manager tells me a different day walking in to leave and never return. Just as cold as can be!! Been going there for years and always pleasant and mainly quiet. All I can say is with gods message. Wnen a door suddenly closes...there is always a brand new one to open and be more pleasing than before. So fortunately that happened. A guest of Miracle Hill suggested I try "Carols thrift store in Taylors. I had a joyful day and one of the best thrift store experiences and wished I knew of them before. "Carols" is larger and more put together. No stains or tears on clothing and just beautifully staged beyond my expectation. Was even offered a job while engaging with the wonderful sweet staff. Their prices are VERY good for the value you receive. Love it and hooked! Bye bye MH in Greer. No sweat.

Very disappointed to arrive at the store at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and find it closed until 10:00. Why so late on a Saturday?? The store has opened at 9:00 since I’ve lived here. While waiting in my car I saw a worker walk up with Dollar General bags. Guess someone had to go get breakfast. Several people now have gone up to the door and saw the sign. It’s hard to get good help these days! Very sad!!

This ministry does more with your hard earned money than any other thrift store there is. Homeless shelters, food and clothing, addiction centers, and works with foster care. They go above and beyond to help those who need help within the community.
