Murphy USA is a well-known chain of retail gas stations often located near Walmart stores across the United States. Customers appreciate the store for offering some of the cheapest gas prices around, making it a popular choice for refueling. Many reviews highlight friendly and helpful staff during morning and lunchtime hours, especially mentioning two employees who remember regular customers and provide good service. However, some staff members are described as rude or hateful, which affects the overall experience.
Customers also value the convenience of quick service, especially when there is no wait or line. While gas prices are generally competitive, some note that cigarette prices posted are sometimes inaccurate, with discounts only applying when buying exactly two packs separately, which can be confusing. Rewards programs are appreciated, with customers earning points that can be used for small discounts, making every little bit helpful.
Overall, Murphy USA is trusted for its good prices, reliable service, and rewards, though there are calls for better store management and more accurate price updates. The business continues to be a preferred choice for many seeking affordable fuel and friendly service.
