Overall, my rental experience was satisfactory. The vehicle was in decent condition, and I appreciate the convenience of your rental process. However, I did encounter a minor issue during my rental period. The windshield washer fluid reservoir in the vehicle was empty, and I had to purchase and refill it myself.While this was a relatively small inconvenience, it's something I believe is important to bring to your attention. I suggest checking and replenishing essential fluids in the vehicles before they are rented out to customers to ensure a smoother experience for everyone.I understand that challenges can arise in any service industry, and my intention is to provide constructive feedback for improvement. Despite this minor issue, I appreciate the overall service I received from your company and will consider using your services again in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I believe that addressing such feedback will contribute to the continuous improvement of your services.Best regards,

Massive thank you to the wonderful ladies working the front desk at this location who were able to trun what could have been a stressful time into a fond memory filled with laughter and smiles. A special shout out to Shayla Grayson for going above and beyond to make sure my booking was adjusted accordingly. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, provided options and solutions that all worked out. I can honestly say I look forward to renting a car here just so I can greet Shayla and the team. Always do my best to rent with National as long as they have my car class available. They are efficient, friendly and ask about my preference in cars; especially if I have a long trip or a fancier work event to attend. Everyone is great, but shout-out to Carla - she makes my day!

When I arrived at the National counter, I was greeted nicely and had within a few minutes. My rental was a very new, clean Ford F-150 platinum, better than I expected. My only complaint was that that parking space was tight when I returned the truck otherwise a great experience.

I’m giving one star only because I can’t give zero. I arrived to the GSP airport at ten pm only to find that National (who I have A RESERVATION WITH!!!!) is out of cars. They claim they “overbooked”. How does this happen?? There were at least 20 people stranded at the airport at this hour who all had reservations yet National is OUT OF CARS!!!! The employee had no suggestions and basically told us to figure it out ourselves. How is this acceptable? Do better, National.

I love National overall, but I am growing weary of the systemic lack of focus on two things. A clean car and more importantly, clean glass.I have status with most of the rental companies. (Executive on National). It feels like all the rental companies do it, but I spoke to the National guy in Greenville, he suggested I give a review. I like the team overall, but when you get in late, pick up a car and the windshield still has water spots all over the glass and suction cup marks from when the manufacturer "placed the original windshield" from 4k miles earlier... REALLY?Also, water spots on the side mirrors and elsewhere make it difficult to navigate in the dark and when light is a premium.To me, it shows a growing lack of awareness and desire to do well by the consumer. It causes me to think who actually takes the time to wipe down the side mirrors and not just throw a dirty car back in queue.Perhaps its the overall Lack of responsibility employees have today, but it truly can't be that hard to not only ensure the car is clean, but also the "gross film" on the inside of the windshield and the overall glass is wiped clean.

The service is always fast and the vehicles are clean when I pick them up. Recently on a business trip I lost my driver's license at tge new orleans airport and didn't realize it until I arrived at Jacksonville Airport to pick up my rental that it was missing. I couldn't rent a vehicle because of this. It would be nice if emerald members who rent continuously from national had a backup option to rent. I had my passport but that was not acceptable. It is really an inconvenience for me on this trip. There should be a backup on file identification system in the event that this happens.

Horrible, horrible and no attempt at customer service. Executive Elite since 1999 so for me to say this it has to be bad.Lisa I have already done that was promised that two different managers were going to call me....that was two weeks ago. National has lost touch with its customers and how to serve them. As I stated Executive Elite since 1999. I have been more than loyal and it hasn't been reciprocated.

I returned a vehicle Friday at 5am on Sept 1st. I literally handed the guy the keys and said email me the receipt. Guess what the car still isn't checked back in and they extended the rental to tomorrow even after I called on Friday to tell them to close the contract. Called again today and of course no one at that branch knows how to answer a phone so now I have to get my travel agency who does the booking involved since apparently these people don't know what they are doing. Really too bad cause national is normally pretty good but lately it has Def gone downhill

I travel quite a bit for work and personally. National Car Rental is the only company I will rent from. Easy customer process, great app and if ever there is an issue they provide an easy process to address. Their employees act like they really appreciate their customers. Which is all anyone could hope for.

I rent at this location quite often and I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the garage attendants to the ladies at the counter. In my many travels the local staff whom I interact with most often as well as the location manager have always been willing to help out anytime I have come across any snags along my journey even while in route. With the stress of weekly travel for work it’s great to know that I can rest assure that my rental will run smoothly. Thanks to your wonderful staff at GSP.

I have dealt with all of the premium rental car companies that are available, and no one provides service like National. The people always make the difference, and they always go above and beyond to take care of their clients.

Things were fine UNTIL I went to renew for a second week only to find that you had MORE THAN DOUBLED the price to more than $900 per week. No justification for this phenomenal increase other than the fact that there was a computer issue at the airport that day. Price gouging has cost you a long time customer as I would not even consider renting from you again. By the way I have now been renting from your competition for two weeks and they will always have my business going forward. Just in case you care.

MsLuna Kim was outstanding in providing great Service at the National Car Rental, Winnipeg Airport. It was absolutely the best I've had in 2023. Just wanted to highlight National to know, she's the Example ALL should be striving for in representing National.
