ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. do not buy from here i swear it’s like making a deal with the devil. the staff here are awful and do not care about the buyers. i have been to this dealership twice, absolute mistake on my part trying to go back. I had 15k IN CASH to buy a car and absolutely no help from not only the FINANCIAL ADVISOR but the sales people as well. i hope this review makes you reconsider before buying from here and supporting salespeople who really don’t give a damn about you!!

All staff members were welcoming and extremely kind. Travis was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and walked out with what we wanted/desired. We look forward to future trips to see everyone. We will definitely recommend friends and family here who are in the market for a Nissan or used vehicle.

Arrived without appointment for a cam angle sensor replacement. Staff courteous and highly professional. Work done in timely manner while I waited. Multi point inspection done without my asking. Only negative was a $741.88 quote for sparkplug replacement which is outrageous even considering the need to remove the manifold plenum. Other quoted services were costly compared to non-dealer prices .

I came in for an oil change/tire rotation on my 2008 Nissan Altima that I have had since 2008. I was certainly in the market for a new car, but after visiting another dealership a few days prior, I was unsure as to how the process would go, due to my previous experience. The whole team at Fred Anderson took care of me, helped me choose the best vehicle and payment plan, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Shout out to Travis and Steve for being patient and going above and beyond! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, this is your stop. Thank you team!

I went to Fred Anderson and my husband and I worked with the salesman Richie. He was amazing ! He work very hard with his company to get the deal for us to buy our Mazda Cx5. I was just looking at pricing new vehicles but ending up buying a 2023 Nissan Rogue. Tad Varner was very helpful, honest, and didn't pressure me at all. The entire experience was excellent! The finance department worked with me to get my monthly payment where I needed it to be. I would highly recommend Tad and Nissan of Greer to my family and friends.

Don't waste your time here, if you do decide to gamble on this shady dealership make sure you got an extra $2k in your pocket to throw down on their "optional" package that they DO NOT advertise, and don't give you an option to remove it. They claim it's for their unlimited oil changes and the Fred Anderson "Family Pack", which according to the website is supposed to be given "at no cost to you for buying a new vehicle from Fred Anderson" and a bunch of ridiculously marked up "add ons" to the vehicle like floor mats and a door bumper, which priced individually is absolutely not worth $2k. They will massively lowball you on your trade as well, so be ready for that. They are very misleading and very unreliable on their "promises". The sales manager, Jay, is extremely rude and arrogant and will talk down to you like you're a moron if you don't agree with his shady "deal" for you. His "deals" aren't deals, he literally just moves numbers around and then claims he's doing something special... This was the 4th Fred Anderson dealership that I've visited in the last week and every single one of them have been shady and misleading on their pricing and advertisements. Please do not waste your time here, and go to Crown Nissan instead! Fred Anderson is nothing but a crook and I wouldn't buy a ballpoint pen from these liars.

I was scheduled for regular maintenance. My 1st interaction was with Erika. She is a great customer Service representative. I made my reservation with her.When I arrived I was attended to by the service department. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. She was very professional and thorough. She kept me informed of the process.At the checkout I mentioned a rattle I forgot to ask about. She had already had it checked and assured me the tech found it to be normal vibration. I am very satisfied with my service. Also as I waited the sales team also made me feel very welcome.Thank you again.

Eric was extremely helpful and understanding with the situation I was in. Everyone worked hard to get us what we wanted and we were very happy in the end. Eric also called me to make sure we were satisfied with our new truck. I will definitely return to Nissan of greer for future needs.

Miguel Mercado has helped me twice, in June and this month. My Versa is getting older. He worked with me on pricing and coupons (and was able to get me lower costs on certain repairs than several other repair shops) and has helped me sort through what fixes are necessary vs. recommended. He is not pushy. He is friendly and professional.

My car was looked at on Friday. I was told the part was needed to be ordered and would arrive on Saturday. It would take 30 to 40 minutes to fix after the part arrived. Then I received a call back because one of the service technicians left another customers keys in my car. The service advisor asked me to return the keys which I promptly did. I was assured that the service will be completed on the following day. When I called to follow up about why the service was delayed, I was told that the service would be performed on Monday Monday came and went and I received notification that further delay would occur. I was planning on this being my last service at Nissan because I was going to purchase a new car there. However, now I will not be doing so.

Came in for an electrical problem on my 2019 Pathfinder. Was told of potential upfront costs immediately. They voluntarily disclosed a recall on the vehicle they would address that issue before applying any cost. The showroom is clean and the sales staff isn’t pushy or aggressive.

Entire staff was interested, listened, communicated often and clearly and resolved issues. What a pleasure! Would not take my car elsewhere for service. They definitely know how to instill trust and confidence.Of special note....I didn't have to wait 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. Awesome!!!! It would have been dangerous to continue to drive and I didn't know it.
