Mike Chappell went above and beyond in the delivery of our generator!! On time, great communication and showed care for our purchase.

They came on the day promised and the driver was nice but they were several hours later than promised that morning. Also the truck was a disaster when he opened it. Packages falling all over each other, lots of damaged items including mine.

Shipment arrived on time. All was good. Wish the website and tracking was more user friendly but that didn’t affect the service.
