Do not trust them If they reserve a unit for you! We reserved a 5x10 for our daughter’s college furniture over winter break. I offered to pay at the time of reservation and they said not to worry, the unit was reserved. We arrived on the day we had stated and were told it had been rented to someone who paid for a year in advance. I understand that business choice, but a quality business would have reached out to us to let us know before we arrived with a van load of things and no available units. Thankfully, Extra Space down the road had availability and were very helpful. Choose them instead!

We do not recommend. Dishonest people. We moved out on July 6th (Saturday), it was the 4th of July weekend so obviously very busy. We assumed they would just refund the amount (prorated amount) from the first. Well, they told us “there was nothing they could” and kept all $120 and told us the cutoff was the 5th. So apparently missed it by 1 day. How convenient for them.

This is by far the best storage property in the area. The staff are all friendly and the property is safe and well built. At night it lights up like a baseball field.

I have had this storage space for 3+months and have nothing bad to say in any way. Access is secure and easy to use, spaces are clean and temperature controlled with plenty of space to access your items. Any issues are quickly addressed and is available 24/7.
