I dropped car off to have a noisy serpentine tightened. When I picked it up after hours and started the engine it still squealed the same as it when I dropped it off. I tightened it myself over the weekend and has been fine for miles since I did so. I have used S&S in the past and have always been satisfied. Everyone makes mistakes. This round I have to issue a 1 star. Past ratings have been 4/5.

We had to hurry up and find a place to fix a tire one day, they ended up fixing our brakes too since they needed to be done. Very professional, communicated, and we are happy with the work that was done.

Poor time managementThese guys have always been courteous to my wife and myself, they even know my name when I come in. No problems there. I bought tires for both our vehicles and am happy with the tires, my issue is with how terribly long it takes to get anything done. Went in last week and wanted to get tire rotations for both vehicles and an oil change for one. Dropped the first car off for tire rotation only, 3 hrs later they finally got finished with it and took my other vehicle in. 2hrs later they still hadn't started and it was closing time. Told them I'd try again the next day. Got there at opening the next day and the owner said it would take about 5 hrs...for an oil change and tire rotatation!!... at least he told me this time and I was able to decide against it. It's just unfortunate because I bought the tires there,rotations and maintenance to these tires is included in the price. Had to spend 40 bucks at another shop to get what I've already paid them for. Took a whole 25 minutes for both the rotation and oil change.A man shouldn't have to miss a whole day of work to get his vehicle serviced.To be fair, they do have a mechanic wanted sign out.Services: Tires
