First time shopping here. Went in to see what they had for bourbon. The store is really nice, great selection. Unfortunately, the lady working the front was not very friendly. Tried to carry on a conversation wall looking through what they had. It was one-sided conversation. She didn't ask if I needed any help or offer any suggestions. She just stood there on her phone. Found a bottle I wanted. I walked up to buy it and she wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Until I said thank you after finishing the transaction she gave me a eat s**t look. Not sure what the issue was. Really unfortunate how bad the customer service was. Maybe it was an off day seeing as how many other people say the staff is super helpful. This lady was not.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Store is neat, clean and they care a good variety. If they don’t have it they will order it for you!! Love this place

Chic feel to the store. It's so well done, every bottle appears to be on display, sparkly, and enticing. The person who decorates the Shot stores is very talented! Holiday displays are always gorgeous. Every employee I've met has been friendly and knowledgeable of stock. Love the Shot stores!
