Neil did a great job coordinating for me to be able to see a unit so I could decide what size was needed. Because he was leaving for vacation. Frank met me at the appointed date and time and made the rental process so easy. The team work from Neil and Frank was commendable. I highly recommend this company.

Easy and quick to reserve and then pay and sign the lease. A Few hidden fees common to any corporation like an admin fee and mandatory insurance, but still a pleasant experience to get what I needed.

Well I decided to buy a lock from storage rental & it wasn't very good quality for 20 bucks.I do like that the storage was free for 2 months,I only had to pay for insurance which was only 35 bucks per Month

I was so impressed with renting a storage unit at this location. I’ve utilized other companies in the past, and was blown away by how amazing our experience was here. The property is maintained by professionals, and the customer service was exemplary. My unit was so clean (I mean like hotel-level clean), and there were not any odors at all (at every other unit I’ve ever had, there were always smells in the unit itself, which affects your items). The property is well maintained and is very clean. You don’t see discarded items or trash anywhere. There are also carts available to assist with moving your items in and out (and again in great working order). On top of all this, the property is well secured, and the gate access always worked well. There is also an online portal which made getting the unit and making payments easy. I was so impressed with this company, and it stands out well ahead of any competitors in our area. Fair prices, incredible staff, and a secure and well-kept property for your belongings. You will not regret renting a unit here, and in my opinion, there’s no need to search for another option. This is where you want to rent, trust me. Incredible experience overall!

New posting-4/15/25-once again Neil was outstanding! I received notification that the storage unit rent was being increased . I called and spoke with Neil, informing him I plan on being with them for a couple more years at least and we negotiated a lower increase. He was pleasant and professional as always. I encourage anyone who is looking for a storage unit to go to SROA in Greer AND ASK FOR NEIL!
OLD POSTING 2024- I called in for an upgrade for a larger storage unit (Greer location)and Neil was amazing! very helpful and professional and most of all knowledgeable about his product and offers! He took the time to listen to me and then answered everything quickly providing me with the information I needed. Everything was taken care of and set up for me over the phone. And if I had to guess we were only on the phone for12 to 15 minutes at best. They will continue to have my business as long as I don't get price gouged like the other competition. 👍

Very clean well managed facility with storage areas for all needs. A positive feature is the presence of an on site manager during the week.

The process was easy to reserve online and do the paperwork either in person or over the phone. The unit itself was very nice. I was very impressed throughout my experience. Would definitely recommend.
