My banker was Nell and she was extremely rude. I came to this bank to get a cash advance. I have never got one before so I didn't know what I needed to get one. When I asked her about it she said okay and just stared at me instead of telling me what I needed to provide her with. Her attitude was unpleasant

This location has an excellent and friendly team which provide daily banking and teller services.I reached out to the Asst. VP for a contact without receiving a response or assistance. My mother's experience with renewing CDs was so rudely managed. The Lynch families had and have business in Greer and G'ville SC and have banked in this location for decades. We will not be utilizing this location in the future with any large finicial endeavors.Regards- JLynch

Hurrying after work to arrive at this branch before closing time just to arrive at a bank that is not even occupied or in business whatsoever. Update your locations that are active. Technology is way too advanced to have this kind of stuff happening to people.

My auto loan was bought out by this bank. When I have attempted to retrieve my information to log on to pay the loan off am told I can’t and don’t have an account? I have a loan and you don’t have a way for me to access that information online? I try to pay and there are maximum’s for each day that require coming back three times to pay off? Y they would not even give me my account number over the phone to attempt to try to access? This bank has shown me with this I would never bank with them nor recommend anyone else to.

Run! ... seriously, stay away!
My husband banked with SunTrust for years and ever since Truist took over he's had all kinds of issues with the app, he cannot do mobile deposit (at all), AND apparently only account holders can deposit money into an account. This last one is new to me. I was a bank teller while in college and anyone was able to put money INTO an account. But only the account owners can remove or authorize other transactions. We are taking our money out of this God awful bank and going elsewhere.
