Drove all the way to Greer because the website said that they were the only location in the area that stocked kumquat trees only to be told that they do not have them there and never do. Very nice staff working very friendly and helpful. Sadly the plants were very neglected and many were dead but they did not have them on clearance they were regularly priced. Have they been on clearance we would have probably saved a few but for plants that were almost dead full price was not good

I went here to get a gun safe. They couldn't find the code to look inside. They had us waiting a long time. Still couldn't figure it out. Went back to buy it, that was ok. We told them we would be back with our truck to pick it up 2 to 3 hours later. We got here to pick it up and nobody got it ready and took it out of their tent area. We waited again for over 40 minutes to watch them dig it out when they could have for the 2 to 3 hours they had before. They don't know what they're doing. They said it will be a while to come.back yet again. We came back again to pick it up after digging for it, and they couldn't get inside of the safe. They didn't have the keys or paperwork. So we had to get a refund because nobody could get inside the safe. The whole day dealing with these people were ridiculous. That place is so lost. Everyone was so clueless.

I had a pretty horrible experience buying a gun safe. Before purchasing online, I called the Greer store to ensure they’d hold onto it until I could come to pick it up. It was on sale and I didn’t want to wait to purchase, but I couldn’t get there with muscle and a trailer for about 6 days. Two different employees assured me I had 7 days to pick up so I was in the clear.
So I ordered the safe and a few accessories online for “in-store” pick up. Come to find out, TSC sent half my order (a couple of the accessories) to another store because it wasn’t in stock at Greer store (instead of sending to my store). So I had to pile the kids in the car and drive 45 minutes two ways to get my other items.
Then the next day, I get an email from TSC saying that my order for the safe was cancelled because I didn’t pick it up in time. I called the store to confirm and sure enough “yeah you only have 3 days.” So those first two employees who told me 7 days were both wrong. So I spoke with the store several times and Customer Solutions to establish the best game plan. I waited until I was within 2 days of picking up the safe and went into the store to purchase again so the manager could manually override the retail price with the sale price I originally got the first time. While there, I said “I will be back in two days to pick up. Can you please put my name on the safe so that whoever is working knows which one is mine?” The employee assured me she had a tag with my name on it and she was putting it on the product.
Fast forward to pick-up day two days later. I arrive 15 minutes ahead of my trailer to let them know I was there and asked them to begin getting my safe ready to load. I only had 2 helpers ready to meet me at my house for an hour window of time. They told me “come back inside when the trailer arrives and we’ll meet you out front with the safe.” So I went back out and waited in my car. By the time my trailer arrived, the guy I had just spoken to had begun helping another customer. This took him nearly 30 minutes to complete before beginning to locate my safe. After nearly 45 more minutes of searching, no one on the TSC team could locate my safe anywhere (despite the employee two days prior telling me she was tagging it and despite me arriving 15 minutes early to allow them time to get it ready). By the time they come to tell me they have no idea where the safe is (even though they supposedly have THREE in stock), it’s POURING rain. They tell me “we’re just going to give you the floor model because we can’t find your safe anywhere.”
By this point, I’m frustrated. The two guys I had prepared to help unload it at home ran out of time waiting and could no longer stick around to help. I’d done everything I could to prepare well and make a good plan to pick up the safe and get it the one mile home. But TSC dropped the ball continuously until I had a scratched floor model that was getting loaded in a torrential downpour and I had to unload it alone with my senior father because my helpers had to leave. Not to mention, the safe wasn’t wrapped or in any kind of box (since it was a floor model) and the interior was soaking wet by the time I got it home. So it took me 90 minutes from when I arrived to get home a soaking wet and scratched floor model all because this team can’t do their jobs.
Horrendous buying experience. This team is so disorganized and so poorly managed. I’ll be avoiding this store at all costs going forward.

I bought rose bushes based on the color advertised on the label. I picked different colors to have a variety. When the flowers bloomed and turned out to be the “wrong” colors I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. They didn’t take responsibility or offer any recourse. They said they couldn’t guarantee the pattern. I asked if a red pictured rose blooming yellow qualified as a different pattern. They said yes. I’m disappointed in that answer and the customer service provided.

The incompetence / laziness of the employees and manager (Joel) at this place is beyond frustrating, not to mention the consistently damaged products they keep giving me. Despite giving them numerous chances to make things right, including reaching out locally and calling their 800 number, the service remains abysmal. Employees busy chatting than helping customers (like showing where a product is on the shelf), and they can't even handle online order pickups properly (was ready for pickup but not really).Let me give you an example of their incompetence. I ordered a large stock tank, and what do I receive? A tank that was not ready for pickup when it’s suppose to, damaged / hole in the side which leaked. I called them to report the issue and requested another tank, one that wasn't damaged. But when I went to pick up the replacement, it was not ready for pickup and damaged just like the first one, with a small spot that will cause a leak. I insisted on yet another replacement, stressing the importance of receiving an undamaged product. All this is a big hassle moving to and from a large heavy tank in and out of my SUV.And what do I get? The third tank I received was also damaged, this time badly on the rim, from being stored and roughed up at the bottom of a pallet. I provided them with pictures of all the damages, but instead of offering a reasonable solution, the apathetic and illogical manager insisted I come in for a third time to show him in person. As if the pictures weren't proof enough. Damaged goods and lousy staff is what you get from here.

I bought a Dumor chicken feed 50 lbs bag on the night of November 15th, and when I came home, I saw the bag was damaged and had a hole covered with tape. I called the store, and they agreed to replace it with a new one. During the replacement, the cashier told me he was aware of this damaged bag.I was very unhappy that these folks were selling a product without thinking that first, it is 5 lbs less in weight (45 lbs vs 50 lbs bag) and that an open bag may have a product with moisture and have a much less shelf life and quality of the product may have compromised. This is highly unprofessional.

Place is great and has a lot of things for gardening. Animals feed, clothe ,ect. ... but I got to say it's got pretty pricey

Came in to rent a trailer. As a “neighborhood member”, this is a benefit. Waited 30 minutes and whoever the “attendant” up front called, never showed. Good job. I did see a dead mouse in the aisle and bags of deer food littered in bugs. No help here at all. Going downhill TSC. Money talks.

I would've enjoyed it a lot more if every salesman did not ask me " How I Was Doing" I mean after the 3rd time , I was ready to leave. It made me feel very uncomfortable tbh.
