Very rude on the phone. Very short. Tried to pass me off to 1-800-UHaul. I'm sorry, but are you not a UHaul dealer? The answer is YES. Or else your number wouldn't be associated with UHaul. Do your job. Or go out of business because you clearly don't know how to deal with customers. I will never use anything associated with UHaul again.
