Incompetent, gave them a package to return to sender with the return form, they sent it back to my home address and lost the return form and I’ll I got was a “sorry that happened”

Worked with the notary on to complete the required documents. Purchased, packed, and shipped said documents all in one place. All was completed and delivered in a timely manner. I rarely need theseservices, but was happy to find such a place exists.

I have gone into this store 4 times, and the staff is horrible. I truly don't believe they believe customer service is crucial to any companies survival in the market.
I hate giving low ratings. However, when it is deserving, I have no choice.

The hours posted and on the business say 9-5 on Saturday. But today, Saturday September 21 this place was closed and locked up tight at 11:35 - 11-45 AM. Might want to call ahead or business should revise open hours
