My problem is with my postman that delivers my mail he's delivered packages to the wrong address left where they could get wet. Then he took a package out of my mailbox that was delivered by someone else and put it on the ground out of the box and it rained luckily it didn't ruin it but it is the principle it was not necessary. I tried calling but nobody answers the phone. If you don't care about your job go do something else.

This is hands down the worst post office in South Carolina and it get worse and worse by the day. The government needs to come in and do a hostile takeover at this location and completely replace the staff

The post office on Pennsylvania Avenue in Greer has the best employees I have ever met in a post office. They are always personable and really seem happy to be there. Special shout out to Laura who made sure we got all our mail after having it forwarded after a move and held for a month. She is the best!

Who ever this lazy women is from the Greer office is, is the most worthless mail deliver I’ve ever had. Too bad I didn’t make it to her car in time before she saw me and took off. She was about to get an ear full, Threw my package to the ground messed up everything inside, cause she’s too LAZY to sit it down. Do better

I purchased a shopping envelope which has a red stamp over the bar code. I was unaware that the red ink easily comes off onto your hands so when I grabbed the shirt to put in it the bag, my hand transferred the red ink to the shirt. So now the shirt I sold someone is damaged and useless. I owe them a refund and I'm out the $2.99 I paid for the envelope. Ask because the post office stamps the envelopes on the shelves with ink that easily comes off. How nice!! Thanks USPS

Horrible customer service. These lazy government agencies like the DMV and USPS all want you to get things done without them having to put an actual person on the phone. You disgust me with your lazy attitudes and poor work ethic. Of course this does not pertain to the desk employees but rather the lame shirt and tie wearing types at the higher offices who insist on not doing any person to person assisting. You're not even half the quality of a human being our grandparents were.

I am so incredibly disappointed with this post office and the USPS in general. I have called this office MULTIPLE times and no one has once answered. I went in person to try to solve the problem of my lost package, and they assured me that they would give me a call either way to tell me what the status was in my package. It had been a week, and still nothing. So so disappointing. I still have yet to have my issue (caused by them) resolved. :(

I've had problems for years and continue to have problems. They are supposed to leave a note in your mailbox to pick up large packages at the post office. Because my mailbox is almost a mile from my house and packages left there have been stolen over and over. They are too lazy to write a slip and still leave packages. I don't have problems with other carriers only USPS!!!!

I have been to this Post Office location multiple times and always had a great experience! Even with the holidays rush and business the staff were friendly professional and helpful!I guess maybe in busy time have someone assisting customers at the kiosk. Most people don’t know how to use it or even that you have it available.After hours you can drop off pre-labeled packages into a special secured box which is located inside the building.
