Pharmacy tech was extremely rude, She did not wnat to look up my children's insurance then said their cards don't work the work at the Dr so I don't know what she was doing wrong, I explained since the insurance didn't work I'll have to put one back and she stared at me and i had to say it twice!! She didn't listen until my husband repeated it to her. The pharmacist did not care to try to see why she couldn't find their insurance. I will never go back to this Pharmacy. Situation could have been handled very differently with a little bit of kindness and patience from the staff. She did not care at all to try and find why the insurance wasn't working.

1st visit, last visit. So disorganized and pharmacy tech spoke to everyone as if they were mentally challenged. i would not recommend it for anyone.

We scheduled an appointment and got our COVID-19 vaccine. It was quick, easy, convenient. Staff was helpful. Friendly and got us in and out the door as quickly as possible.

This Walgreens store stole my wife credit card and didn't even fully fill her meds and tried saying that the card wasn't used there when we have a card purchase from them for her meds they shou really be investigated on the pharmacy side

I just moved to Greer, SC for a new job. I have an insurance gap because of this new job. I explained that to this lady twice. Once when I came through the drive thru in person, and again on the phone a few minutes ago when I called to see if my prescription was ready. After she told me "the price is $124"(for two pills) I told her "No ma'am I'm sorry but that can't be right. I have GoodRX on my account and it should be $8 for two pills". She became extremely rude at this point and started ranting on about how the prices can differ with the different types of generic prescriptions. I said "OK thanks, obviously that won't work for me" and she hung up in my face. To me, this is honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with an employee anywhere ever. I have to come and pick up my medicine here locally and honestly I would rather get it from someone else. It is sad that a company would let an employee that responds so rudely represent them in any kind of way.

Just had to worst encounter with the pharmacy...I couldn't get her name because she HUNG UP ON ME. I called BEFORE my prescription was called in to make sure they had it in stock because there had been a shortage with the medication, a girl answered ok great, she put me on hold, ok fine, but it takes 2 seconds to check and I waited the first time on hold for 8 mins and they kept answering the phone and putting it on hold again.....so I hung up, finally and called back didn't even get any body on the phone they just immediately put me on hold AGAIN. So then I waited again and again all along while they answered the call then put it immediately on hold again and I know this for a fact because I heard in the background ppl talking. So then finally another girl got on the call the one I couldn't get a name from because she hung up on me, I was trying to explain why I was calling and she was like well you should have checked your text bcuz it's ready and I said that I don't have text and if you would just listen and not talk over me I could explain what happened and she kept talking over me then hung up on me. So I am very upset and angry with the way I was treated. It's called customer service and just LISTENING for 2 mins could have defused the situation but no she didn't care!!!! I'm a person and if the situation was turned around I'm pretty sure she would feel the same way I do. As soon as I can ill be going to a different pharmacy I refuse to do business at 101 w wade Hampton Blvd the only reason I am now is bcuz of the shortage and they had them .

I have been using this pharmacy for years. I will likely quit using Walgreens all together. I think they are constantly making mistakes but blame you somehow for it. If you finally do get in touch with them they hang up on you. One would think that working to help sick people they would have better manners. I am absolutely disgusted at how I and many others have been treated.They either don’t have the medicine in stock or somehow lost the prescription.. and trust me with some mental health medication that can be dangerous for the patient. Do yourself a favor and use a small local pharmacy.
