This is the most amazing pharmacy I've ever done business with by far. My husband has cancer and one of his many prescriptions wasn't covered by his insurance. The price was over $500!! They went to work, found a generic AND a coupon and I ended up paying only $45. Yes $45. They saved me $455! Incredible staff at this location.

When I arrived for my scheduled vaccine, I overheard a technician speaking in a derogatory manner about people who schedule vaccines (apparently mistaking the location where they had an appointment). When I let the person at the window know that I was one of those scheduled appointments (at the correct location) the two people at the window tried to laugh it off and the other technician disappeared. I understand that your job can be frustrating, but try to be professional, especially when it comes to people who are trying to do the right thing. This store has been my home store for years, but I will never go back to a Walgreens. Be grateful that you even have a job when so many are just scraping by.

We just moved here a week ago. The pharmacy technician was so kind and welcoming and happy to assist me with getting my prescriptions transferred over. She had everything taken care of in a timely and efficient fashion.Thank you. Kindness is everything.

Lady in the front register has brown curly hair don't really care for her name sent me to photos to ring me out and had 4 people cut in front of me and proceeded to laugh as I was leaving if this is how they teach there people to work at Walgreens that that is a disgrace. Never coming back to this bootleg pharmacy

This store helped me when CVS has left me in a bind or bad situation to where there was evidently a refill on a medication I wasn't even aware of! I had an appointment to see the doctor because my 30 days was expiring on the the 12th. If there's 31 days in a days in a month and clearly December had 31 days in it, so if my math is correct that would put me 1 day short of it gets filled on the exact same date for both Dec and Jan 13th so if myrrh serves me correctly, that's 31 days on a 30 days prescription and it's no big deal to CVS about the situation, didn't offer me enough mental health meds to get me through until I could do without get in touch from 9am -12pm, or I risk having to go another weekend without medication and that shows an absolute disregard for patient well being and being a loyal customer to where I could only use their store for "Prescription Insurance" imagine that!! I just told my doctor I would pay out of pocket instead of having to deal with that each month and my meds total well over $400 cash price but I have some apps that will bring it down! Mr. Patel is really good at what he does, he's fast, he's efficient, very respectful and I also return the same! I'm no sure if it's the same female pharmacist from a couple years ago but she's very knowledgeable as well! Thank you for helping allow my pharmacy experience to be a much less stressful and a bit more pleasant of an experience. I've dealt wirh Mr. Patel for years when I didn't have the CVS insurance but about to change that Walgreens does accept by Feb 1st. Thank you Walgreens for coming up with a rather simple solution to a simple situation, certain people in life are going to be difficult but when it starts to become denying mental health medication, that's really playing wirh someone's emotions, feelings insomnia I take 2 medications for Seizures and running me out of medication puts me at risk and Walgreens has always been there with very competent pharmacist and I would like to say THANK YOU, Sincerely, Jeremy

I was on hold for this store's pharmacy at 1232 W Wade Hampton for over 15 minutes after getting a notice to call them about a refill order. They would pick up and put me right back on hold without saying anything and then it rang and rang until I finally hung up. I then called the Walgreens at 101 Wade Hampton at 8:30 pm and got a very helpful woman named Karen who surprisingly, answered quickly, checked stock on a specific medication, transferred my prescriptions for me and even called me back to get clarification on the correct dosage so I could contact my doctor to get the prescription fixed.

Went in store today to pickup some otc cold medicine. No one at checkout so I went to pharmacy to check out. Folks in pharmacy just looked at me - no can I help or we will be with you in a minute.Went back to front still no one manning the registers. I left my item on the counter and left. It is obvious that whoever manages this store needs to be retrained in how to assign employees. Not sure what would have happened if I had walked out with my item without paying.
