I was given options that would work for my vehicle and given explanations of price. This was extremely helpful because I now know why I’m paying what I’m paying, plus an itemized receipt to show exactly how every penny is used. Waiting was pleasant, with free wifi, coffee, clean restrooms, and comfortable seating. I received a text message on the completion of my service, but I was met with about 5-10 more minutes of waiting for my car to be pulled around. While this is a small detail, it still has an effect on customer perception. If my car is done, I should have my car pulled around and ready to hop in, not waiting another ten minutes. Overall, it was a good experience, but minor improvements could be made for ease of customer experience.”
