“I purchased a battery for a friend. I had the product pictured on my phone. The cashier pulled it up, along with using my friend's phone number to see if the battery was still under warranty. She placed the battery in a cart, had suggested some connection protectors to add to my purchase, which she had right there with the appropriate battery--- and explained how to get the deposit back, making sure to bring my credit card to get the deposit put back on the card. It was so nice how the service provider carted the battery out to my vehicle. This was an easy transaction and I felt grateful for the awesome customer service. There were 2 employees ( one was probably the manager ) helping me on a Wednesday night.”
