For 8 days I have been trying to pick up two prescriptions. For some reason, for the last two years, I have two accounts. Nobody can merge them, though I am often told they will be merged. About these two prescriptions, CVS daily blames it on my doctor’s office - either the insurance company or blaming the doctor’s office for failure to renew. The doctor’s said they have done all they can do. Hampton County folks deserve better. I am not a hater.

I'm sick. Wearing a mask sick. My message said that my prescription for paxlovid would be ready after 2pm. I was here, at 2. They said I would have to wait, because I'm not the only one that had prescriptions. Then they marked it as delayed. I was so sick, with COVID that I didn't finish this review. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to present me with a pre boxed prescription.

Only takeaway is sometimes the medicine takes a little while, but I have more hours to get my medicine at CVS than at the local Estill pharmacy or Walgreens (Walgreens pharmacy seems to rarely be open at all).
CVS, like many chain pharmacies, does close for lunch **but only for 30 minutes**
I like the people at cvs. They are usually very nice to me and I'm a really sensitive person. I don't remember the name of the most morena person, but she and Michelle are extremely kind to me.

Got my new prescription sent there from my doctor's appointment that morning, CVS had it filled in under 30 minutes, excellent, CVS is the best.

9 times out of ten good service. It's a small town n not many pharmacies in the area. And they are working with what they have staff wise. Nothing is perfect. This place not bad though.

It's a CVS most of the time it has all you would want, but sometimes, between the app and the store, there's a definite discrepancy on the quantity of items.

I frequent this CVS quite often. If it is not going to the pharmacy, it’s shopping for different things. I’ve never had a bad experience when I’m checking out in front.
