Employee wasn't helpful at all I was charged more money at the register than the actual price that was on the shelf. Employee made no attempt to correct the problem. Employee was cursing while customer was standing in the line to be rung up. Not professional at all.

The store does not display that all sales are final. I bought a phone there that didn't work. Total garbage. Then I lost my phone and purchased a replacement only to be told there is no returns on electronics. I had inquired about the phone that I had purchased there and was asked how long ago. I told the manager one year and she promptly went and laughed it it up with a stock girl in the ilse. It wasn't as if I was trying to get something for nothing. Whnagee was heard saying was that her. I will never shop there ever again en I came back to the Hampton store with my receipt not even an hour later to return the new phone I was told there was no return on electronics. I was still upset about the manager reactions earlier and had informed her and an associate I wanted the corporate number and was told to look on the receipt. Unproffesialism at it best. When I called the number on the reciept after pressing option #3 guess who picked up ? The Hampton store. And thenm

If you try to call and speak to the manager they will just hang up on you. Very rude... will not go here ever again.

If I could give this store no stars I would, y’all have very bad customer service. I’m calling the store to see if y’all have a item instead of me wasting my time driving and I get told come see for myself by your manager(she claim she a manager), that is very unprofessional and I will be calling the 1800 number. Get employees that want to do the work NOT THERE JUST TO GET A DAM CHECK.. Bad, customer service

District Manager was so rude, racist, and judgemental in my opinion. Didn't even have a conversation with me. Employees are always using store or personal phones. Never recovering or actually assisting customers! Need a lot of help! Only 1 employee is always happy and kind!
