First Citizens Bank on Yeamans Hall Road in Hanahan is a very well managed bank branch that does everything that you need for transactions and banking big and small. The bankers here are very knowledgeable and willing to help you when you need it. Consistent experience coming here.

We use this bank for our business and it would be much better if it was open on the weekends. I will also say that no one wants to do the bank runs because it is so hit or miss on if we will get someone nice.

Worst bank ever!! They have a fee for just about everything. Including a fee to merge or close accounts $25.00. The ladies who work here are not helpful at all. I opened a FEE FREE Account, or so I was told. Then a few months later plenty of fees were being taken from the account. An account I do not use. I was watching my balance slowly diminish. I went to the bank to discuss the matter and get the fees waived. I figured it was a glitch. It was not. They refused to waive any of the fees. When I said I wanted to close the accounts, they said $75.00 because I had three accounts. Sigh. This is my retirement account people! I was surprised by this merge/close fee. I was told that all the fees are clearly listed in the book they send you and there are so many fees they could not possibly go over all of them with you the day you open the account. Whatever happened to service?
