Dropped taxes off in March 4 weeks ago and another set April 2 weeks ago and still spent 9 hrs in office to do the taxes on last day because they were not done..Went from Hanahan to n charleston location then back to Hanahan do to internet down from a car accident and was still charged over 1200.00 for taxes to be filed.This year I was disappointed I have been using them for 14 years.I love the lady's I have been seeing and gonna miss them both do to retirementBut they did not have the help to get my taxes done for being a drop off service so I had to miss a full days work to get them filed on timeAnd no compensation for my timeNot the employees fault.

Ms. Louise Williamson is absolutely awesome!! She is courteous, kind and professional. She answers all of your questions, makes sure you have the correct documents and paperwork, and tells you all of the changes in tax laws and new laws. She explains everything to you and makes sure you understand everything before signing anything. She makes sure everyone is completely taken care of. Awesome!!
