Courtney Bend Apartment Homes offer a spacious, quiet, and beautifully maintained community with superb amenities. These include a refreshing pool, a state-of-the-art athletic studio, and entertainment rooms. The office staff is frequently described as amazing, helpful, pleasant, and thoughtful. Many residents report a wonderful living experience. However, some caution that inquiries can receive slow responses and that actual apartments may sometimes differ from models, potentially needing updates or repairs. The community presents with quiet sophistication, though some note the gate electronics need improvement. It is considered a fast option without many visible serious issues.
Great staff helped me with my move in process. Highly recommend coming to this team for your new home

Grace and crew made it very easy to move down south, from the Northeast. We were not able to check things out in person, so we did everything remotely. She sent pics and videos and was in constant communication. We love the new apartment!!
